As someone who hates fighting, I love the galli and struthi in Isle/PoT. It's so satisfying seeing KOS players unable to catch you
Thats why in these games sometimes flight is better than fight
I prefer camptosaurus
If i could play PoT i would usually always pick a speed build
@@littleraptor2014 struthi has a more useful jump and infinite stamina with the stam build, but I've always wondered if campto is actually faster with it's hopping-sprint thing.
@@yissibiiyte I have a max speed campto on one server, and it outruns anything in a few milliseconds, i have raced a struthi and it takes no time to be ahead of them. also camptos have insane stamina, and hop away consumes almost no stamina
Ive played gali three times. Ive fallen off the same cliff all three of those times. None of which I was being chased. All of which were durring the day and all of which I couldnt see because of the foliage. Truly a bruh moment.
Fortunately Gateway has entered stress testing so we should have a much better map coming soon enough.

Like when maps have a lot of vegetation it's very natural and give a vibe that they are not destroyed by any human but just placing cliffs in these vegetation is so bad man, legacy also had some areas with very good vegetation but you could always see cliffs because there were rocks in the edges not bushes

Idk what it is about it but it gives me Anxiety to the max. I just hear it and I sweat.
In path of titans, reaching adult means PVP time. In the isle, it means logging out so that you don’t walk off a random cliff or get one shotted by a bush croc.
Really? Because I have the opposite. Growing up in the isle is very exciting if you actually play the game, but playing PoT is usually very boring. I can typically reach adult before having to interact violently with anything else. PoT is more of a chat sim that a fighting game.
@@dragongirl89115 When you avoid conflict it feels like that, I think in the Isle it just takes too long to be able to fight well, in POT you can basically fight at around adolescent to teenager age and it takes only an hour or a half depending on the server rules. You will reach adulthood in POT quickly enough to enjoy the game and you still can do stuff when you're younger and defend yourself. In The Isle, it is painfully realistic to the point where it is not even fun, you could spend hours growing and die randomly to a croc or to a random cliff that the map is littered with. In POC there is the option to respawn after death losing some growth, but in The Isle, it is a complete reset, if The Isle had a respawning mechanism similar to the POT it would be way more bearable.

Beaver is passing all his knowledge to Whitney, even if there is very little of it. This is probably the best isle video in a while good job!
Whitney demonstrates how a POT only player just doesn't get the dangers inherent in The Isle and how frustrating it is looking out for them, she will quickly learn, please include her again, she is lovely and the dynamic between you two is a lot of fun

I'm so used to seeing biblically accurate (scientifically accurate) gallimimus that when i saw the thumbnail i thought your guys were finally playing the compy from pot or something.
28:49 surprisingly for been known as animals that do most of their hunting in water, gators and crocs today can hunt on land too. Theres multiple reports and studdies on Gators in Florida for example waiting in game trails, most commonly at night for prey to pass by and then they lunge and drag their prey to the nearest body of water. So in a sence that albino croc was doing something surprisngly realistic
