Attended the 6 course meal in Gurgaon. Such a treat to meet these three legends. Wonderful spirit. Loved them all.
The menu was great. The execution sometimes patchy. The ravioli cover was chewy, for example, thr stuffing and sauce were delicious. Somewhat unexoected but they were serving over 200 diners.
