I think its was pretty good
I can understand why some people may not like it, due to the nature of beating it once and feeling like "thats all"
When you actually still need to go thru all characters palette and unlock the lockers
Not only that but you get to go to Inkopolis square!
I think its a fare trade

Also gotta say that final boss might seemed a bit watered down due to people possibly failing them having to re-climb the tower and lose that "surprise!" Or urgency factor with beating a final boss unlike Octo-expantion

@@alexbolt5 EXACTLY MY THOUGHTS. the entire dlc was really disappointing compared to octo expansion? It also is really short compared to that. No wonder they made it a rogue like, otherwise we would be trough it even faster

@@spastonNEO Yea Octo expansion had a lot of personality and lore all leading up to a big climax that I would say is better than splatoons 2 campaign itself. Side order is a nice little addition but thats just about it. Revisiting Inkopolis square is nice though.

@@spastonNEO Not sure if this is considered "padding" or not, but in order to get all the lore, you need to beat the entire tower with every unlockable weapon. So I personally wouldn't call it short.

Splatoon 3 side order doesn’t seem that fun octo expansion is so much cooler like you get to fight bosses from the splatoon 2 sort mode bosses but upgraded but octo expansion seemed way longer for no reason siseo order seems short
