Yoshi can actually make a good use of it's flutter jump to skip most parts like Metal Knuckles, if you plan to use him. Also, i highly recommend using Eggpack, it is actually fun to play in this stage, and helps a bit that it actually has a Boost ability
How do you properly install addons like characters or custom stages to the game? I haven’t found any great tutorials on that, but I might just be looking in the wrong place
As far as I can tell, in 2.2 you just need to go through your game's directory and find the addons folder and put the stuff in there. then you go to the addons menu in the game and activate them. unfortunately, you have to activate them every time you play, but it works. Don't know about 2.1 though.
