Reenter Pokemon Mansion, obtain OLD AMBER from expanded inventory
Go to pokecenter, swap OLD AMBER down to GREATBALL x1, walk one tile right, it becomes FIRESTONE, toss x15
swap up to CARD KEY, walk 1 tile left, toss the resulting LEAF STONE down to x8, walk 1 tile right so its CARD KEY again, swap up into inventory
Obtain BICYCLE from expanded inventory, swap to "walking slot", walk 2 tiles left, toss x34 of the resulting pokeballs, walk 2 tiles right so it's BICYCLE again, swap up with the original GREATBALL x1
Obtain 4F from expanded inventory
Obtain POKEDOLL x94 from expanded inventory and toss x1
Starting from item slot 6, organize the following (DO NOT try to swap/move a j. item with another j. item as it will cause them to merge and mess up expanded inventory):

Install Nickwriter
------------------
Simply swap the RARE CANDY x243 into the slot below the POKEDOLL slot (where SOULBADGE is) then exit the menu
Go into pokecenter to reload proper map pointers into memory
Nickwriter is now installed into the Pokemon Storage Box 1 and can be executed by using 4F in your inventory
You are free to proceed the game however you'd like
