Carr is absolutely good enough to get us a chip. No one EVER looks at the big picture, offensive line can never give him any help period. Look at our defense. Carr gave us more then enough points to win games! Our defense has given up to many point to allow us to lose and they say get rid of Carr. This man is the heart and soul of Raider Nation. Who are we really going to get if they release him?? Or gamble on a draft?? It takes about 3-4 years for a rookie qb to even develop and that’s only if they are going to be great. I'm a Carr fan as well ; however, it's about that time to find another QB who can score with his legs. Carr pass his peak and I don't believe he can win a chip with the raiders as a first string QB even with a better o-line.He has been through too much here and I don't think he's coachable at this point. Would y’all chill out. I have my OWN memories. I remember when he was up and coming back in 2015. I remember the win against the Donkeys in that same year with his beautiful pass to Seth Roberts into the end zone for the game winner, and the Jets game I went to when he absolutely TORE that team apart. I especially remember all the crazy ass games in 2016, like the Panthers game when he came back into the game after dislocating his pinky. Or the Bills game when we came back down like 24-9 or something crazy like that. I remember when we finally clinched the playoffs, and sadly when Derek broke his leg against the Colts. He was never the same then. I remember his CRAZY game against the Chiefs in 2017, with the game winner to Micheal Crabtree. I remember his game winner against the Steelers in 2018 when he passed it to Derek Carrier. And there’s plenty more I could provide, but I’m not gonna add to this behemoth paragraph. So yeah, he’s left memories. I love Derek. He will be a Raider for life

Jesus you guys, because Carr starts crying, everyone all of sudden starts feeling bad for him. Just remember that he is a big part of how and why the Raiders got to the point there they are now. And by the way, Carr isn't a "great" quarterback, he is a "good" quarterback. The first two possessions were 3 and out. He has the ability to change plays at the line if he wants so he has to take at least some of the responsibility for what happens offensively. The last play of the game. He intended to throw the ball to Adams the entire time. He threw it up hoping for something and even if Adams would have caught it, he would have likely have been out of bounds. I feel bad for Carr as a human being and because he puts his heart into the game. But that has nothing to do with his ability to play the game at a level that brings wins to the Raiders. As for McDaniel and Graham, both of those guys should be fired. Without a doubt. They don't inspire the players to play their best and their leadership and management of the team is questionable at best. The problem is that there is a big difference between the calls that are made and the execution of those plays. Everyone on that team has culpability in this disaster of a season. Ultimately though, the leadership is responsible and changes need to be made...Fire McDaniels and Graham. This season is over so why not make the changes now and look to 2023.

Carr has been on my shit list for a while now but I appreciate his honesty, I never liked McDaniels hire I don't think he has what it takes to be a great head coach his numbers look good because he was with Tom Brady otherwise look at his tenture in Denver he drafted Tim Tebow for God sakes.
