I was so blown away when he can spend alot of money on gadgets but can't spend it on his Wife's dress. Wow this man is something.
Shows where his priorities are. He shows that through the whole episode. I was always taught that what a man spends his money on is what he values most. Clearly, it ainât herâŠ..
He was going to spend $600 on the robot toys without a second thought. Until the wedding planner talked hom down to just a few. Then the groom only budgted to spend $500 on the wedding dress. The bride will spend her whole marriage sacrificing to her groom.

I really really dislike this groom. I know he seems nice but for some reason I kind of hoped a tasmanian devil would attack him and someone would kick him where the son don't shine all while pure acide rained on him. But sometimes I have trouble expressing myself :)

The dress is not that bad but the red thing on the dress is what killed the dress. The dress actually is flattering for her body type. Sheâs a brave bride.
I don't think she really liked it, but she had the good grace and care of her husband's feelings to keep on her happy face.

Everything was so ugly! I love diys too but come on.. hideous. He only spent money on things HE wanted. Super selfish. He didn't even bother to make himself look nice for the wedding but he spent so much money on the cameras to capture the wedding?! She definitely settled for nothing but he got everything he wanted. She looked awful that hair did not complement her it looked like she still had rollers on her head. Awful.The only decent item was the cake. I feel so bad for her. I've never commented before but this made me so angry.

There was one where the groomdid a fantastic job. He thought of his brides likes & included them. It's Butterfly & purple themed. It was sweet on how much her cared about her. However, there's another groom similar to.this one. Who threw basically himself a Mardi Gra party. He didn't even think about what his bride might want in a wedding.
The 1 thing that I love about the wedding and would have loved to use it for my own... is.. David!!! He's a my favo wedding planner in these series.

I've seen a lot of other episodes of this show... kinda pisses me off that the grooms don't seem to give a shit about the bride's dress... like, they want to spend on other areas, but not the dress. I feel like if they could go to Walmart and get a cheap dress without getting in trouble with their fiance/wife, they'd do it.
I understand wanting to save money. I am budget conscious too. But when you're willing to spend money on everything else except the dress, you're basically telling your bride you don't care about her, what she wants, what she likes, whether she's comfortable in it, etc.
It's sort of like, say it's Christmas, right. And you're doing your Christmas shopping for everyone in your life, friends, family, etc. You get everyone in your life a super-awesome, thoughtful gift, but you get your wife a crappy, dollar store gift with zero thought behind it.
That's what it's like when you're a groom planning your wedding and you're willing to spend money everywhere else except her dress.

The lack of real flowers made it look like a corporate event. Her acrobats went with her dress, so I didnât mind the dress, but I feel he should have given his âfriendâ some of the labor fee.

If tacky had a picture definition in the dictionary, it would be this couple. Her ideal wedding desciption was "hearts, balloons, bubbles, and rainbows" Thank you for marrying eachother and taking yourselfs off the dating pool. That was easily the single ugliest dress in the entire world across time and space, gavemen dressed better. I have never EVER cringed so hard in my life.

I totally agree she was blown away with everything, she loved what he chose and he was also amazed at how it all came together, they are so quirky together and all over the place which is great. GOD BLESS THEM
My opinion-This wedding dress is not right for her. She looks like a take on a cloud. The âflowersâ⊠well letâs say they def are diy looking. This groom is a text book narcissist. God bless her- sheâs is going to need it marrying him. My wedding cost us $3000 including my dress which was purchased in a bridal store, ceremony in a church, reception on the bay, and actual flowers. A wedding can be done on a very small budget that is classy. I feel like this guy was most interested in televising everything he did so people can say to him, âwow you did so wellâ. I know that what really matters is they both loved it all (at least for the cameraâs sake). My biggest concern is this marriage- heâs a textbook narcissist imo and sheâs in for lots of issues.
