To sum it up this episode is:
Jimin being the star of the class
JK, despite being mischievous spinning around in a hammock, doing a great job
Jin is also spinning around, but in his case, it's against his will
Jhope screaming for his life
Suga complaining all the time
RM being obedient student and acing this also
V most of the time being comfortable in the hammock and staring at the teacher in awe.

I love when Tae and Jimin go into doing their role plays/skits anytime and anywhere, that is just so fun to watch.
Usually in Korea, Kpop groups would appear in Korean variety show to promote their albums/group. Unfortunately, early in their careers, it was hard for them to attend these shows since Bighit was not part of the Big 3 Entertainment companies in Korea (which has more influence). When they were able to attend these shows, they were often mistreated. As a result, BTS began their own variety show on the VLive platform as Run BTS (Their fist episode was in August 2015). They had 155 episodes as of last year and they began again this year. I love to watch these. They are hilarious 😂. They always brighten up my day. I hope you enjoy them 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I think poor Hobi struggled as soon as his feet came up off the floor because he’s terrified of heights. It doesn’t take much for that to kick in. This had me rolling on the floor it’s so funny. 😂😂💜🇨🇦

It was too hilarious this episode I would certainly be Jin in this class. 😂they are very chaotic. Jimin being the star of the class with his flexibility.while chaos happens 😂😂😂😂
This was the episode that made me love them as people 😂 I was like "I'm so glad they suck at something as much as I would if I were to do it🙏"

Jimin served as an example jimin's flexibility is amazing as he took contemporary dance class that helps him enough and give him a surreal ease. Jk looking like a child just having fun, tae just gave up and was just watching the teacher.Rm helpful, J-hope desperate😂poor Jin spinning igaul a top.🤣 suga complaining and laughing at J-hope. V just gave up 🤣The 7 Together chaos is guaranteed.I laugh a lot with them.
Them being flexible isn't really about their how tight their muscles are but more so the amount of muscles being used. Think of it as a scrunchie, if you constantly use the scrunchie, it'll be stretched out, if you use it once and not for another month or so, it'll be in its original form. Muscles are like the scrunchie. You lose strength in them if you don't use them often. And in J-Hope's case, he is a commercialized dancer more so than Jimin who was classically trained. While J-Hope has flexibility, its in certain areas more so than his whole body. Just because you may be flexible in your upper body doesn't mean its the same for your lower and vice versa.
These episodes are so funny, can't wait for part 2!

OMG you guys!!this episode was so hilarious.. Poor Jin just kept spinning in circles, JK and V are like little kids at the playground and then while Jimin and V were role playing all you can hear is Hobi screaming in the background lol.. For a man that dances like he has no bones Hobi was thet inflexible lmao.. Jimin is just perfection🥰💜

i got so excited when i saw this in my feed!!!! CANT WAIT FOR MORE RUN REACTIONS!!! and yeah you would think they'd all be very flexible but different types of dancing requires different types of muscles in the body. so jimin, who is the only one who has training in contemporary dance, would of course be the best at this. j-hope on the other hand, his style of dancing is mainly hip-hop and freestyle but it's understandable that you would think he would be good at this bc watching him dance you're like "how the hell does his body move like that" lol.
Namjoon did really good,
Taehyung confused but had fun,
Hobi was scared but had fun and is flexible,
Jin is flexible but ot stuck,
Jimin and JK are good at this as to be expected
Yoongi did well despite being afraid and getting stuck
Complimenting and flirting with eachohtwr and the teacher
I would try this but I don't have the best upper body strength I get tired easily
I have vertigo, I'm anemic, I have asthma, and sickle cell but I would still try it even if I get tired or am in pain

Start watching from episode 1. In the beginning the videos were short. You can watch more than 1. They get longer and better and funnier. They have over 154. They took a long break. Then started up again. This is their TV show RunBTS. Not to be confused with the song "RunBTS" or "Run".

No. Its not because they "are tight". Not really. They are using muscles they've never used before. Why can Jimin do it the best? Because he a professionally and ballet trained contemporary dancer. In ballet you strengthen your core and use every muscle. Just because you dance doesn't mean you have a strong core. Perfect example...the best BTS dancer...J-Hope, but he has no core strength. I am a choreograper. All dancers of any genre should take Ballet. NOT to perform it, but to become strong! Ballet dancers are the strongest athletes in the world because of their developed core strength. BTS should take Ballet. Their 30 and 40 year old bodies would thank them.

Jimin is also trained in various martial arts (incl black belt teakwondo and 8 years Kendo) for which core strength is very important. And both are excellent dancers not just J Hope. In face Jimin is more versatile. Watch Park Jimin dancs evolution and versatility by TheJiminVideos. He trained in hip hop too and won street battles.

I was actually really surprised by their lack of upper body strength.
I shouldn’t be surprised though. Lots of people who lift weights and go to the gym a lot don’t have this type of body control that dancers and gymnasts have. Some reason it still baffles me.

JK focusing so hard to do it right and succeeding for the most part LOL
Hobi and Jin screaming the whole time and being perfect comedy duo.
RM being the surprise and being surprisingly good at it even though we all know he’s the clumsiest

I’ve watched this episode probably about 10 times and it never gets old. I still laugh every time.
You can see Rm,Jimin and Jk is not struggle so much because they have always exercise and always in the gym. but the other is not going in a gym.

Jimin, the perfect Tinkerbell! It's very impressive how good he is in this type of exercises. Of course, his background as a professional dancer who has had ballet classes and other types of dance would make a difference as he has developed tremendous core strength, but he is also extremely focused and listens to the teacher very carefully, showing respect, although it's a show that's usually pretty funny and doesn't need that kind of serious behavior. I felt he had more fun in part 2 of the show. JK put in a lot of effort and did very well. The boys did really well. Jin made me laugh a lot!

I saw that the instructor was going through it you could see him being out of breath running back-and-forth to get to each member they probably stressed the hit mouth that's why they kept apologizing and saying teacher we're sorry for being loud teacher was sorry for being all over the place and I'm like big hit probably gave him a brief end because I'm pretty sure he also worked with 17 and TXT because because a bunch of K pop idols actually have done I've done aerial yoga before and so you know you kinda gotta give them a give them a chat to let them know what they might be getting themselves into and working with somebody's people because K pop groups are chaotic in a nutshell
We know that Jimin Jin Jhope are the most flexible
Jimin JK Suga are the most athletic in terms of running and for strength JK amd Jimin
I can do that with my feet like bend the front but that's only because I grew up loving to dance and play sports ( I don't do it as much) but still do occasionally

Jimin killed this as expected.. but honestly it looked like jungkook did the best the most.. especially since he didn’t have someone helping him with everything like jimin did… but he still managed to pretty much do all the poses they tried with ease… and he’s so strong with his arms and core… so it def helps. Yoongi was so cute just whining the whole time lol I loved every second of this… omg when Jin started to spin…. I can’t with him 😂

Dancing does not equate the same type of flexibility…I used to dance Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Modern….still couldn’t do a split, still couldn’t reach my toes when I bent over or reach forward in a sitting position, but my kicks were almost parallel, my jumps were high and when I leaped it looked close to a split…the body is a mysterious thing!
P.S. Jin carried this episode…he had my DYING!!
