😢😢😢 Finally! Thinking of how shocked he was in the ambulance when she died and he is breaking down now... After all these years feeling broken but still living.. Just need a happy ending for him, looks like he will never be 😢
Am I the only one who thinks Kim is horrible. I think her role playing as Shannon made things worse. Eddie has totally lost grip with reality. I think she should have encouraged him to seek help, now Eddie is more broken, and Christopher is traumatized.
@@tiararoxeanne1318 he showed her a picture of him and Shannon and she basically realized he’s only with her to hold on to what’s gone. Then she came back later that night looking like Shannon in this clip so Eddie can finally get what he has to say off and MOVE ON
Everyone is giving Eddie so much shit for this, but, honestly the guy has been holding it in for years. He lost his wife when he wasn't expecting it and felt he had to hold it in to function and care for his family. Last time Eddie even admitted to a problem was after he lost his friends from the Army. I lost someone close to me, and it was quick and hard, and I never got that goodbye, so honestly, this scene was a little too real for me. Because, even when you can deal with the guilt and the shock, you never got closure, and you never got a true goodbye. Honestly, I cry each time I see this scene.
Ryan Guzman deserves an award for his amusing acting in this!! He killed it. Also I agree Kim is horrible. What’s she’s doing now is making Edie go mentally insane!! He should’ve never got close to her no mater what the circumstances were.
Idk, the more broken and twisted and helpless Eddie is, the only one next in line that's able to save Eddie and Chris is Buck, so I'm not mad really, just saying.
@@natashag863 she's a failed actress, I'm not totally surprised she went there. Also it's the Vertigo thing. Recently watched the movie. Judy let Scottie change her look etc and was all "will this make you love me?" Etc. Obviously Eddie didn't ask her to do it or anything, and he's not a dick like Scottie but Kim might be thinking "if I can get him closure on his wife, WE can move on." But then Marisol (the nun*) comes in and metaphorically Kim/Judy falls of the tower and probably breaks the spell. *in Vertigo a nun spooks Judy when Scottie & her are up in the tower & she falls to her death like the real Madeleine. Btw the actress who played Judy/Madeleine is called Kim.
@@natashag863 I think it will in a way. When Christopher said "mom?" I think it might snap Eddie out of this spiral cuz you know he didn't mean to hurt his son or anything but that's what's happening anyways and he NEVER wants to do that. Hopefully he'll get some actual help now. 🤞🤞 Because 😩😩 Eddie you are not "unfixable" or permanently "broken". You can move on! He just needs help! And he needs to want said help! You can only do so much if the person doesn't want said help. 😭
I thought the whole time this was a dream,. surely Kim couldnt be stupid enough to DRESS AND STYLE HERSELF LIKE SHANNON!?!? When Christopher walked in my jaw was on the floor
Impressive that after seeing a couple of pics, Kim finds a stylist, gets the hair cut/colored just right, and even learns how to talk and dress like Shannon (who she’s never heard speak). No concern for Christopher’s potential reaction (he does live there)…and imo frankly psycho behavior.
Kim is not Shannon but she was willing to role play as Shannon just to help Eddie get off his chest all the things he wish he had said to real Shannon if she was still alive
Kim is suppose to be an actress in the show and she's cosplaying as Shannon because Eddie had told her about Shannon prior to this scene. (Weirdest ass sentence I have ever wrote!😂)
I just finished watching the season and although I enjoyed it I’m frustrated with the writer’s decisions with Eddie’s story. I think it was a bad idea that after bringing in Marisol and they deciding to take things slow, suddenly bringing in this plot on how Eddie hadn’t forgotten Shannon and basically cheats on Marisol with a Shannon lookalike and ruining the Marisol plot-line when it got really good, which in the process ruined the relationship with Marisol and Christopher. I felt like the whole Kim plot-line was really unnecessary.
This was some weird s*** This is the worst writing I've ever seen. She didn't know about the wife why is she acting like she does? Who does this who writes this?
It's actually Tim Minear's idea to make a plot similar for Vertigo (an Alfred Hitchcock's movie). At this point, it doesn't make sense. But because the plot is Tim's idea, I will hold my judgment until I watch the last episode.
This is such a deranged choice for Kim to make… I kind of love it. Girl WHAT IS THIS

THIS. She was trying to help, but she's NOT his therapist. Or even his GIRLFRIEND.
How did Kim know about Shannon? Who told her?

Tbh this was my jumping the shark moment Tim minear what the fuck are you doing man 😂
Eddie needs help, honestly. He made Kim to be like Shannon! Just dump him already!
He didn't do that. She did that allllll on her own.

Seems Kim felt like she wanted to ease his pain.
