WOW Bescot Yard to Redshed Lane!!!!!! Fabulous Nick! id almost forgotten about the rotating "hub caps" till you showed this brilliant close up of them!....super video super locos!! top notch mate😊
A splendid addition to the red Shed Lane allocation Nick. 004 looks absolutely brilliant mate.Been told the Manchester weather has been just as bad as up here so at least you have got something new to while away the hours mate and glad you shared it with us. All the best for now Nick, cheers, Colin.
Absolutely Colin its had its moments today but tonight is pretty decent, sunshine and and showers today. Thanks for watching always appreciated, cheers Nick.
I have a ton of catching up to do, Nick; but I have the time and the determination... Love this livery on this 66 and your own personal display at Redshed Lane. Trains have been kicking the @ss of trucks in transporting goods with a smaller carbon footprint before there was even a discussion about this. It's time that railways got the recognition that they have deserved, even if through self-promotion.
And i have a ton of appologies to do to you Andrew! I was shocked to see on my not responded section that they were nearly all you! Whether they are getting to me late or just not showing up when they should, i just dont know! Interesting comments you made there Andrew. Please except my appologies, cheers Nick.
Absolutely fantastic Nick the details on that model looks great, looked like one of the workmen at redshed lane had fallen over, I just hope they wrote in down in the accident at work book 😂 great video thanks for sharing and hope you have a great weekend
I wondered who would be first to notice that Wilson 🤣🤣Yes noticed that when i checked back, but it was too late to edit it, but hope no one would notice, i should hsve known better, eagle eyed Barry haha! Glsd you enjoyed and thanks for watching, hope your doing ok now cheers Nick.
Is it now! Well send it to me now! Dont be greedy now lets share it, and make sure it doesn't venture south haha! Thanks for watching, hsve a great day cheers Nick.
Absolutely fantastic Nick, she looks amazing. Great action at Redshed TMD today! Another gooden from you! They do great models, detailing is fantastic! Very nice indeed! Really enjoyed, thanks for sharing! Take care, have an awesome day and all the best! Jamie
Thanks Jamie! Yes its definitely the best so far, the sound to me is perfect and unlike a couple of liveries this one and the Freightliner is just right. Thanks for watching, have a great weekend, cheers Nick.
@RedShedNick Definitely haha, either that or a 37, maybe Harry Needle to be fair lol, either that or ROG no2 lol. Oh 175 drag Tuesday Longsight-Landore just after 10, said to be 37884 and 218 at the moment!
I'd like one of those 😅😅, Oh yes I have one. Still in it's box😢, Excellent Nick, And what a sound. Still waiting for the decoder for mine, lovely pair of locos.
One small problem for me is that my controller only goes up to 20 functions, Some light features are higher in number. I would like a Gaugemaster Advance 2. Need to sell some bits. Might get some bits on to E Bay.
@@StMaryChurchModelRailwayYes you must get full functionality Stuart so you don't miss out, so pleased you managed to get one, its fantastic! Thsnkd for watching, ggod luck, a running session as soon as tou can!
@RedShedNick yes I was indeed I got a nice collection of locos including the Dorset coast statesman I will be downloading it tomorrow all the best Rory 👍
The 66s are superb ive got the samaritans version, But i long for a good model of the 45s i use to work them from Sheffield to St pancras, A new one is way overdue one can hope, Nice layout i model just a TMD and its brilliant having diesels ticking over on shed.
Hi Tony thanks for watching ans your great comments, agreed ticking over happily together, bit like birds roosting haha! Agreed a 45is overdue for sure, lets have a word with Accurascale or Cavalex! Have a great weekend, cheers Nick.
Thanks a lot Peter much appreciated, noticed Cavelex are keeping under the radar about the 60, plenty to say from Accurascale, think they, Cavelex will just release there's, no fuss, just a stunner, will be great to compare and im sure they both will produce stunners. Have pre ordered British Steel exclusive from Rails 60033, looks fantastic and also 60065 Jaguar, the only serviceable well was, waring the ex EWS livery. Thanks Peter, hope your keeping well, cheers Nick.
@@RedShedNick Hi Nick. I do want a few BR grey ones as that was what I remember mainly from when I grew up in the days of BR. But that said, I do like the DB and the EWS ones as well as the James Bond 007 Class 60. I think at least 5 are on my radar and this was a pleasant surprise for me as I was not expecting Accurascale to make a Class 60 as Cavalex Models did publicly announce theirs beforehand. Not knocking either of them but I think it is nice that the customer is given a choice and I like the fact that Hornby no longer have the bread basket all to themselves in terms of the OO Gauge Class 60. I do like the idea of the Cavalex/Rails commission of 60062 as Sonia although I call this one sammy as it was named from new as Samuel Johnson when it was new in 1991 to British Rail in Petroleum livery. The Steel on Steel livery looks cool. That said the reason I am more swayed towards the Accurascale model is the lower price that makes it more attractive to me as it is lower than the latter. All the best Peter.
Peter i know you have a good infinity with the Hornby 60 but we must not forget how good it was when it was realised back in 2005.It still scrubs up well even now and have no intention of selling any, Yes i welcome an upgrade, of coarse i do and sure you agree too.
very nice i only seen 66004 few years ago in EWS when the oil train 60062 derailed remember with the tanks coz it was changing tracks but 1 of the tanks wheels had a very bad flat then caught fire then 66004 came to help and days later i saw 66004 taking some fine tanks back to robestion remember? and 60 took couple of other fine ones to margam
Very pleased you have, its absolutely fantastic and the livery is spot on, sure you agree. Sadly cant say the same about the Freightliner Tangoed liveried 66415 its like its Hattons predecessor 66623 too pale and the EWS 66171 too Red, yellow band, should be more gold. But other than that they are the best 66 so far. Glad you enjoyed and thanks for watching, cheers Nick.
Got one as well mate. If you have a Lokprogrammer go into Sound Settings and up the bass & treble to 30 each with volume at 192 and release the Beast!!!
@@RedShedNick Yeah I'm ok thanks mate, hope you are well. I've got the Cavalex DCR 60029 & Cappagh 60028 with sound on pre-order and will pre-order the Accurascale DCR 60055 when they announce it in their Exclusive range. I'm only interested in these ones but may also opt for both GBRf ones if I have the money spare.
