You CAN bring only 9 bloodclaws and then add Lukas to be able to fit them in a droppod, you just are forced to PAY for the full group of 10 bloodclaws plus Lukas. It says this in the Munitorium Field Manual listing the points at the top.
Sadly not quite. Blood Claws are a minimum squad size of 10, so you can't take only 9.(it's on the back of their datacard)
you cannot, the minimum squad size for bloodclaws is 9 bloodclaws and a bloodclaw pack leader, you cannot sub in lukas for the pack leader, so if you add lukas to a pack of bloodclaws then it is a squad of 11 or 16, depending on whether youre taking a 10 man or a 15 man

First time watching SW in a 10th edition battle report so thank you guys. We're not allowed to take a blob of 15 wolves anymore, a max of ten plus a cyber wolf and you could also attach canis wolfborn as well giving them sustained hits in melee and a chance to cause mortal wounds on the charge
They way Luka describes his army...."I got this thing... I don't know... it look cool" and "this is my warlod... I guess...'cause Reasons..." xD so much passion for this army hes playing, what could go wrong?
Not gonna lie I conveniently looked away each time the baby was on screen and was just very concerned as to why I heard baby noises in my home, alone, at 2 AM.
Drop pod limits are like elevator limits. I mean, sure, it says no more than 10 people or 1200 kg - but I think if you have 11 people and are under the 1200 kg, you good.

Honestly...it's really stupid that Drop Pods can only carry 10...kinda feels like an oversight. I mean, even Rhinos went to 12 to accommodate Leaders.
I haven’t checked out a drop pod model in a while but aren’t there 10 seats? I think this is a matter of rules matching the model
A drop pod and the units inside don't count against your unit reserves limit. It would be too much to also have leaders inside
Maybe the leader know how dangerous drop pods are?

I believe you can take 9 models + a leader, you just have to pay for 10.

Additionally, I'm there too, liking the drop pods, but I usually put 8 Grey Hunters in, and my goal was 15 Bloodclaws in a Land Raider with Wolf Priest.
The characters on Bikes is cool, but Space Wolves rid big wolves, so why pick a bike?
You don't need to be good at Space wolves to win a bat rep!

The interaction between the two (/three) of you was great!
When I first started watching batreps I was excited for the prospect of seeing complete wipes, but usually those are actually awful where it just feels sad or awkward. With a chill vibe like this its not that bad at all, unfortunate ofc, but because winning is less the focus than having fun and hanging out, it ended up being very entertaining! (As per usual ;) )

Remember you can advance and charge coming out of a stormwolf, not that it mattered but it's good to know. As another tip the strat to activate a saga for a turn is super handy and getting lethal hits for a phase is great or you could have an LT and strat the sustained hits.

as a former DS i betya i can get 20 space marines into a drop pod. as long as they have some fortitude
i believe you can`t charge out of a drop pod which is totaly dumb but. please tell if and why i´m wrong
When it says re-roll hit and wound rolls, I have people telling me you pick up all your dice unless it says misses or re-roll ones. So which is it, do you pick up all the dice, or only the misses?
You pick up the ones you want to reroll (reason I say it like this is even if it's not a miss, you may want to fish for 6s).
Something to keep in mind is Warhammer is treated as if you roll dice 1 at a time, we just don't because that would take forever.
That Lord of Skulls should get a 2+ Invul save bestowed by its conv./paintjob?
Bear in mind you can't charge from a drop pod. Reinforcements always count as having moved, and you can't charge if you disembark from a transport that has moved. Didn't matter this game, but it makes a pod full of assault troops a lot less powerful.
Hi ! I saw in a few of your battle report that models Deep Strike on turn one, but I also see in the Leviathan Games booklet that: "Reserves units cannot arrive during the first battle round and any Strategic Reserves or Reserves that have not arrived on the battlefield by the end of the third battle round count as having been destroyed, as are any units embarked within them (this
does not apply to units that are placed into Strategic Reserves after the first battle round has started)." Are you not playing with this rule or something else ?
Drop pods have a special rule that let's them reinforce in the first turn. Had that in previous editions as well
Pretty sure Murder Fang failed 4 FNPs twice so should have been dead unless there is something that gave him 9 wounds which I can't seem to find and would be ridiculous but this whole edition has been absurd.
Also, Luka. There is no typo in the app. It says Every cultist model is equipped with an auto-pistol and Brutal assault weapon and when they get replaced they get a Close Combat weapon with whatever you picked instead. You also seemed to think that you lost the Objective to the fenrisian wolves but those have an OC of 0 so you couldn't lose the objective to them.
The rules we had murderfang has 9 wounds.

Man, I really appreciate the energy and effort you guys are putting in to these, but the unfinished nature of 10th edition's broken rules just drags it down hard. Would you consider doing more 9th edition or Horus Heresy batreps until 10th is at least playtested and FAQed?
