In fact, it wasn’t until after having three kids that she dreamed up her company. The CEO, award-winning designer and philanthropist sits down with Glamour’s Cindi Leive to talk about her journey and why more women should be unapologetically ambitious.

Cindi is doing a very good job in each "Step in my office" videos. I love the way she is, fresh and nice but also asking the right questions. And I have to say that Tory Burch is a real inspiration. Balancing her work life and family, a true amazing successful person. Thank you Glamour for those videos, I hope there will be a lot more to come.
She speaks with grace and with a humbled spirit. So many hate on her for having a hard working family support her business. Isn't that the American dream? As a parent you want to provide and have the means to give your child their dreams? She had a stepping stone and use it wisely. Grew a great company that also invest in many organizations and supports women. I respect that she has added jobs to the economy and support for those who do not have it. There are many ungrateful children who take their parents money and waste it on drugs, gambling ect. I'm proud of Tory Burch.

Women in the workplace should always be rewarded and recognized for their contributions, as well as their known for their tenacity, bravery, and willingness to work hard/step up to the plate! I was actually in the middle of watching a rerun of a television sitcom on CZcams when it suddenly went to "commercial break". I enjoyed this interview about Tory Burch. It was inspiring and empowering. I watched all the way through without thinking about the skip button. The interviewer, Cindi, was very engaging and she asked all the right questions. I'm definitely interested in checking out more of the "Step into my Office" videos.
I bought Tory .. after hearing how she successfully made it.. " my mom. As seamtress launched cleaning business 4 of them.. its motivation .& passion

I don't find listening to the success of already rich people fascinating. Money is the key factor in this. If you have capital behind you you can achieve anything, but without out it you could be the most talented person in the world and struggle a lifetime without achieving your dreams and aspirations.
Although I love and admire Tory, I agree with you. Money plays a huge factor in success.

im a huge fan of Tory Bruch, my goal inife is to be rememberd as a elegant, timeless , stylish dresser, Torys brand helps me look pulled together and elegant. Most of my piers will shop all the time for accessories, but i give myself a 2 times a year Bag moment. That way i can purchase a beautiful bag, that will stay elegant.
