Honestly Vox IS Konrad Curze as far as I’m concerned. Some prefer an Eastern European accent but Vox is so resonant and the way he says “Tsagualsa” is bone chilling.

Stories of loyalist from the traitor legions always have something special about them. They are an echo, a hint, of what those legions should have been, or once were. And, in this case, it has the ever-satisfying flavour of violent, bloody, entirely justified retribution. Amazing work, as always!
I wonder if we should have stories of chaos marines who are from Loyalist genestock and are hints of what depths of darkness the Astartes we normally see as heroes could have fallen to had the loyalist legions were the ones who fell to Chaos instead of the traitor legions.

That ending…THAT ENDING! “All of it!” Easier to shove the World Eaters aside as mindless butchers. Their true story is found in how they got there, and it’s really heart wrenching.

An old war hound, having been on the brink of blind madness from the nails, managing to withstand them in their most brutal moments, remembering his distant past and being reinvigorated. He runs to the aid of the mortals he once turned his back upon, if not to redeem himself, to take as many of those who led him into damnation with him to his eventual destination: Oblivion.
A 40k story which utilizes the use of the Betchers gland in an awesome way. I remember being apprehensive about fan written stories and now I enjoy them more than the official stuff.

The dialogue, description of the pass experiences, the fact he moves on with a helmet as a trophy of necessity to aid the guard and cut down more of his warband. Then leave one to spread the word that 40K batman is coming for them. Superb work!

Im not a fan of audio books at all, even the other 40k ones, but your audio production quality really draws the listener into the story and thats what makes the difference for me. Keep up the great quality, its only a matter of time before you become very successful
@@informationyes not bad per say, though the wrong narrator can make it DRY as hell. Then I won't remember any of it as it just becomes back ground noise.
I for one cannot wait to see where this'll go if we get a sequel to this story. Imagine the shock, confusion and awe of an overrun group of Guardsmen as they watch a World Eater going out of his way to slaughter his own brothers whilst ignoring them in what should've been the final few moments of their lives of this war.
This was awesome!! Kind of wanted Crixus to keep the pysker alive so she'd become part of his retinue as he kept killing the other World Eaters, but it was an interesting kill. Very beautiful scene with his mom. I like that sort of detail. Another astonishing work voice-wise. Hope they all come back for other stories!
The War Hounds were a noble warrior legion, with marial honour (Kharn being a prime example of this mentality) they preferred close combat so that they would lower the chances of collateral damage and bystander kills. Angron was borken, and broke his legion with the nails
Like the Revenants, the War Hounds are their dark twins. Only instead of a golden angel to lead them into casting off their savagery and that name, they met a red angel who seared it into their very souls. Blood Angels, and World Eaters. Two kindred legions
@@Damien_N I really like this suality in the lore. Many legions have their shadows.. like Raven guard and Night Lords, Imperial fists and Iron Warriors etc.. (Spacw Wolves and Dark Angels hehe)
I got literal goosebumps from when they flashed back to his mom and the conversation held between them. Something about that scene struck a chord with me, then when he snapped back to reality gave me a sense of realize. Satisfaction, for him. He didn’t fall victim to the dogma of his chapter like everyone else. He followed what his mother told him and it carried him through his life. I stand with full confidence that this channel is truly a gem in the mess that is CZcams.
As if the stories and narrations weren't great already, the music choices for some of these are so damn perfect. I was already a World Eaters fan pre and post heresy and stories like this really nail it down. The raging berserker is fun and all, but the fallen warrior trying for some sort of blood and shit soaked redemption? That just makes it even better.
I did not know I needed a vigilante punisher esq world eater in my life till know, you and you readings and single handedly turned the world eaters into my favorite traitor legion! I also love that fact you made him refer to himself as a warhound the untainted men that carved a bloody path across the galaxy. The ones who were killed among the other loyalist during the purge

The Emperor has blessed us with a story shaming the black library 🔥. The part where Crixsus had the long lost memories of his mother broke me…. ONLY FOR MY BLOOD TO BOIL WHEN HE ROSE ABOVE THE FALSE SENSE OF PEACE AND SHOWED THE PSYKER THE TRUE REALITY OF HIS ACCESSION AND DOWNFALL OF GODHOOD. I love stories about War Hounds. Those that were true legionaries, who threw off the spell of obedience gene crafted into all astartes for their primarchs. That threw aside their kinship with their brothers because their brothers were all mad and as good as dead. Because it is right, even millennia after the fact.

The performances on this one are absolutely outstanding! It really adds so much to the story. I really liked the music for the finale as well. The triumphant tone of that track really painted a picture.

This channel has done more to improve my opinion on the world eaters than any official lore I’ve ever read. I’m still not entirely sure how much of this channel is fan made Vs official, or if it’s all fan made but the few I know for sure were written by fans have been amazing and the narration of it is just amazing
I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN PULLED INTO A STORY THE WAY I WAS WITH THIS ONE!!! Both the narration and selection of music had me experiencing emotions as if this story was my personal biography!!! I experienced anger, bitterness, longing, frustration, hurt, resolve, and a cold contentment that has me ready to punch my computer screen and enlist in a war! …I’m too old for this lol!!! Now, off to go find my heart medication and Bolter.

Im not a fan of audio books at all, even the other 40k ones, but your audio production quality really draws the listener into the story and thats what makes the difference for me. Keep up the great quality, its only a matter of time before you become very successful

@@informationyes not bad per say, though the wrong narrator can make it DRY as hell. Then I won't remember any of it as it just becomes back ground noise.
I for one cannot wait to see where this'll go if we get a sequel to this story. Imagine the shock, confusion and awe of an overrun group of Guardsmen as they watch a World Eater going out of his way to slaughter his own brothers whilst ignoring them in what should've been the final few moments of their lives of this war.

This was awesome!! Kind of wanted Crixus to keep the pysker alive so she'd become part of his retinue as he kept killing the other World Eaters, but it was an interesting kill. Very beautiful scene with his mom. I like that sort of detail.

The War Hounds were a noble warrior legion, with marial honour (Kharn being a prime example of this mentality) they preferred close combat so that they would lower the chances of collateral damage and bystander kills.
Angron was borken, and broke his legion with the nails
Like the Revenants, the War Hounds are their dark twins. Only instead of a golden angel to lead them into casting off their savagery and that name, they met a red angel who seared it into their very souls.
Blood Angels, and World Eaters. Two kindred legions
@@Damien_N I really like this suality in the lore. Many legions have their shadows.. like Raven guard and Night Lords, Imperial fists and Iron Warriors etc.. (Spacw Wolves and Dark Angels hehe)

I did for the Christmas video 'silent Night' as well. I totally understand that it's better for immersion to have female actors!
I got literal goosebumps from when they flashed back to his mom and the conversation held between them.
Something about that scene struck a chord with me, then when he snapped back to reality gave me a sense of realize. Satisfaction, for him. He didn’t fall victim to the dogma of his chapter like everyone else.
He followed what his mother told him and it carried him through his life.
I stand with full confidence that this channel is truly a gem in the mess that is CZcams.

As if the stories and narrations weren't great already, the music choices for some of these are so damn perfect. I was already a World Eaters fan pre and post heresy and stories like this really nail it down. The raging berserker is fun and all, but the fallen warrior trying for some sort of blood and shit soaked redemption? That just makes it even better.

Blood was drawn and with its vivid hues a story painted and hammered home with rage. For such a story written and told, little more could be asked.

I also love that fact you made him refer to himself as a warhound the untainted men that carved a bloody path across the galaxy. The ones who were killed among the other loyalist during the purge

The Emperor has blessed us with a story shaming the black library 🔥. The part where Crixsus had the long lost memories of his mother broke me…. ONLY FOR MY BLOOD TO BOIL WHEN HE ROSE ABOVE THE FALSE SENSE OF PEACE AND SHOWED THE PSYKER THE TRUE REALITY OF HIS ACCESSION AND DOWNFALL OF GODHOOD.

I love stories about War Hounds. Those that were true legionaries, who threw off the spell of obedience gene crafted into all astartes for their primarchs. That threw aside their kinship with their brothers because their brothers were all mad and as good as dead. Because it is right, even millennia after the fact.

The ending... Goddamn tears and goosebumps... When crixus yells ALL OF IT! i felt his mixture of pure rage and sadness almost like as he made that witch look into his mind he was so enraged he teared up

The performances on this one are absolutely outstanding! It really adds so much to the story. I really liked the music for the finale as well. The triumphant tone of that track really painted a picture.

This channel has done more to improve my opinion on the world eaters than any official lore I’ve ever read.
I’m still not entirely sure how much of this channel is fan made Vs official, or if it’s all fan made but the few I know for sure were written by fans have been amazing and the narration of it is just amazing
I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN PULLED INTO A STORY THE WAY I WAS WITH THIS ONE!!! Both the narration and selection of music had me experiencing emotions as if this story was my personal biography!!! I experienced anger, bitterness, longing, frustration, hurt, resolve, and a cold contentment that has me ready to punch my computer screen and enlist in a war! …I’m too old for this lol!!! Now, off to go find my heart medication and Bolter.
