Let me enlighten you as to why Keto. As a person with Type 2 Diabetes you have to watch your sugar and carbohydrate intake because those things convert to sugar. Each person is different with their Type 2 Diabetes. So certain foods can spike the sugar while others don't. For instance I can't eat white rice without my sugar spiking and others can and not have the same affect. What Keto foods does is help to keep those spikes down. I know this because my doctor suggested that I go Keto but that lifestyle is not an easy one to maintain and it can be very expensive so I went Dirty Keto where I am not 100% Keto. I hope this explains things to you. I hope it was that you were just curious and not judgemental.
Hey Geri, if you bake hamburgers again, try slicing cabbage, and on a cabbage slice, put a hamburger patty and bake it. It’s delicious! I had that the other night.
Walmart delivery was horrible this week. I order chicken breast. I needed 18 and 4. Not gong to work for 18 people. Sent cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese. Bunch of other stuff wrong.
