- Here are some of the amazing benefits of pranayama, aka, yoga breathing! In yoga pranayama is a key foundation to a strong practice, and the great thing is that pranayama breathing is so accessible to everyone, including YOU!
Scientifically proven pranayama benefits include reduced stress, anxiety, fatigue, lower heart rate and blood pressure, encourage sound sleep, boost energy, increase concentration and mental clarity and improve your digestion, and so much more!
Pranayama breathing benefits have also been proven in clinical studies to aid cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. How fantastic of a resource is that?!
The benefits of deep breathing are totally underrated and I'm hoping this video has inspired you to integrate (more) breath work into your life. :-)

It seems to be calming and restore energy. No levitation or clairvoyant powers to report. :)
Haha, thanks for the report! It really is super calming, yet energizing too! Interesting how both can occur, hey?
Yep! lol
:-)
It's so cool how breathing can affects our mental state, but can also be affected by our mental state - like a two way street for the autonomic nervous system - capable of both active and passive function.
Absolutely - the strength of the breath is unparalleled, and without the crazy side effects of so many medications too! How 'bout that ;-)
Thank you so much! I really enjoyed this video :)
Thank you Christina! That's so great to hear!
yes, yoga. thanks kinga.
Social Media Love Hehe SO much fun yes to yoga! My
pleasure :-)
Great video! I don't do pranayama but I do simple breathing exercises and I feel the benefits for sure!
Thanks Katarina! Even simple breathing exercises are a great start if you ever choose to try a few different pranayama techniques, which there are several simple beginner's ones too :-)
Pranayama is always the best part of my yoga practice and I really believe in all the benefits you are talking about. Thanks so much for sharing.
That makes me so happy to hear that pranayama is already a part of your practice & that you've reaped the benefits!
I hadn't even heard about pranayama until your video last week...I love that it reduces stress and fatigue...that's right what I need! LOVE these benefits.
All of those benefits are truly incredible hey?! Hehe you're not alone in that Coral! So many people are unfamiliar with pranayama yet it's so good for us in so many ways
Loved the video! Will definitely give it a go.
Thank you so much Tone! Let me know how it goes for you :-)
Great video, I tend to meditate and do breathing exercises as often as I can during the week and it's been very beneficial to me. Keep up the great work. :)
Thank you Camille! Even a little bit here and there works wonders
Just had a girlfriend focus on this during a meditation yesterday!! Thank you for sharing this!!
Amazing to hear! My pleasure Angie :-)
I need to do this a few mins/day...love the background
Hi Herman! Yes it is extremely beneficial, even just a few minutes per day! PS, Thanks for the "set" compliment ;-)
Hi, My yoga teacher says it's great for insomnia....I have bad sinus so struggle with one side of my nose!! but it's such a great thing to do...
For sure, yoga is amazing for so many things, including insomnia! I know how frustrating it can be when one side of your nose feels more stuffy, but the key is not to force or strain the breath. Try to still practice focused breathing, though be gentle with yourself :-)
Must give it a go. Thanks for the tips and benefits.
Video Cashflow Happy to share! I do hope that you give breath work a try :-)
You're welcome. I'll incorporate it into my daily exercises.
Fantastic! Let me know how it goes for you & if you have any questions, I'll be happy to help.
Thanks.
:-)
I need to do more breath work! I do notice a big difference when I do it regularly. Especially for stress reduction.
I think even the people who DO practice breath work need to practice it more, lol! Consistency is key, especially to combat that stress most effectively!
I've recently started a meditation practice and it has made me really focus on my breathing.
That's amazing! It's never to early or too late to start your meditation & pranayama practice. Love that you've introduced it into your life!
Kinga Gorski it's been great. I'm 13 days in!
Wow, get it girl! Consistency is key to reap the greatest rewards :-)
Hay, thank you, that is so true, I feel I am needing less longer sleep after doing Pranayama ...
The breath is totally energizing when harnessed well!
Breath is so important for managing stress. This was super informative... but I still wouldn't mind levitating.
Monashee Ha! If you ever end up levitating, please do let me know how that goes for you. ;-)
I love u ..
Thanks for swinging by the channel!

Did you stop yoga
Nope, I’m still teaching and practicing yoga, meditation, and high performance - now in my 7th year! I’ve been on a break from creating CZcams content for the last 2 years building my online course, Zen High Performance Method, which I just launched last month 🎉 you can check out more details under my Community posts, and I’ll be making more YT vids later this year. Stay tuned!
