- The Netsu Netsu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to emanate heat from their body, making the user a High Heat Human (高熱人間 Kōnetsu Ningen, Viz: "Bakeman"). It was eaten by Charlotte Oven.
The user is capable of heating parts of their body to temperatures greater than most people can withstand. This greatly aids them in a confrontation. They can transfer the heat to other objects, most notably the opponents' weapons, making them too hot to wield. This transfer of heat can even happen without physical contact, as demonstrated when Oven seemingly projected heat energy to set a gun ablaze.

When I first read the chapter of Whole Cake Island Arc when the Children Crew are introduced, at first I thought Oven was a Leprechaun. There was this pic in the manga where you see his head but not the whole body and I thought his body was a shorter man’s figure and I couldn’t stop laughing then later see he’s a giant and continued laughing!
when i was thinking of heat devil fruit, i was expecting a supernova temperature. like the human torch. but i suppose this is just as good

Now fun fact: this fruit in particular actually has TWO users we've seen in the anime.
The first is a guy from a filler arc who stole the strawhat flag. The dude could actually swim in molten magman.
The second of course is Oven.

The ice hunter arc dude I think can only reach 10,000 though while oven can go way hotter. It’s like the kilo kilo and the ton ton fruit basically.
But I think the ice hunter guy can emit heat waves from his body which give him more ranged abilities like how he makes a shield for his body by the hot heat constantly emitting and expanding and pushing whatever touches it back as well as just the heat stopping someone from touching them because ouch.
I know that guy was filler, but I like to think that his devil fruit was like a "project" to this one
would be hella cool if this fruit was the same as that one, just Don dying in the end and his fruit going to an actually strong user, like a cool a 'homage' to an actually good filler that generated some funny and badass moments for the anime (like how Commander Jonathan once got mentioned in later arcs, despite being a filler character, he didn't show up thought he was just mentioned). But the fruit that shows up in the filler was the Atsu-Atsu, while this one's the Netsu-Netsu. So I guess it's like how the Kilo-Kilo is to the Ton-Ton, or how the Beri-Beri is to the Bara-Bara, one's simply inferior to the other

@@basillah7650 Technically, magma should be the weakest as its molten rock which has high but limited temperature while fire is a visible representation of combustion process and can vary a lot in temperature while heat itself is a widest term because you don't need combustion or melting to have heat. Stars heat production is based on nuclear reaction and it can be count in millions of celsius.
