We need to improve our lungs capacity. Sever pollution in many parts of the country is dangerous,specially Delhi and all northern cities.
Report from Times of India news said that lungs capacity of Indian is one third of European. Alarming.

Hello Dr, is recommended for patient diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis?
Sir I am a Asthma patient from the very childhood. Currently, as a motivation for fat loss I'm running for 4 laps a day (approx 3kms). During running I also need to breathe heavily. Is it good for me? I'm doubtful as many say Asthma patients should not do heavy exercises...
