So so sorry 😞 Devastating to lose a soulmate ❤ Pet grief is often disenfranchised and pushed aside as not as valid as human. Pet grief is REAL and often feels worse than losing a human. Your whole life involved Beemo, and he was so loved.
I think in a lot of ways it is worse because you are with them 24/7. You choose your pets, not family. Plus they never complain or judge you. Their love is 100% unconditional.

I am a veterinary technician and I see end of life every single day. I know it hurts and I am so incredibly sorry. He was a good boy and he lived such an amazing life with you guys. I love you and I hope you take some time to process this. Be patient and kind to yourselves in your grief; everyone does it differently and for different lengths of time. Don't punish yourselves and do not push yourselves to "get over it" too soon. Remember he doesn't hurt anymore and will be there waiting for you~

I am deeply sorry for the loss of your beloved Bemo. You took such beautiful care of him and treated him like a king. Having a little shrine with his picture & stone ash will help, as well as visiting your family in Canada. My sweet Clementine died in May 2023 and we keep a picture of her, a carved wooden box with her ashes and her favorite toy in her favorite room near her favorite spot. 😢❤

Nothing anyone can say will ease your pain you are feeling from your lose but someone once told me after sending one of my beloved cats over the rainbow bridge. Beemo lived his best life because he had you as his parents and is no longer suffering. Love and support from a mother that had to make the decisions to send her 3 elder cats over the rainbow bridge within several months in 2023. You loved Beemo enough to let him go with dignity.
You gave him such a wonderful life and were able to be with him at the end. He will always be with you. Godspeed Beemo.

It is so hard on us when we loose a beloved pet, who is more to us than a pet. I have not heard of cremation that can give you stones of our pets ashes. Beemo lives on in your heart.

23년 12월 31일 반려묘를 고양이별로 떠나 보낸 집사라 지금 두분이 느끼고 계실 참담함과 슬픔이 얼마나 클지 감히 예상해봅니다. 자식처럼 키운 소중한 존재를 떠나보내는게 이토록 고통스럽다는걸 처절히 느낄 수 있었죠... 말씀하신대로 두분이 마지막 순간까지 최선을 다 하셨고 비모가 잠들기 직전에도 옆을 지켜주신건 정말 다행이었습니다. 두분의 할 도리를 다 하셨으니 분명 비모도 느끼고 고마워했을거에요. 돌이켜보면 후회되는 일들이 많습니다. 더 잘해줄걸 이랬으면 더 좋았을텐데 등등 하지만 혹시라도 두분 자신을 탓하지 마시길 바랍니다. 비모에게 아낌없는 사랑을 주신 동반자이시니까요. 천천히 시간을 가지시며 비모를 추모하시고 비모의 공백을 견뎌내시길... 너무 어렵고 힘든다는걸 알지만.. 부디 바라겠습니다.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Beemo was such a massive part of your lives, and ours too. It's been two years since I had to say goodbye to my old girl, she was 17 and I'd had her since I was 15. She was my best friend. It still hurts every day, but I feel so lucky to have had her in my life. Beemo brought so much joy to so many people, take time to grieve and take care of yourselves ❤
