This was just an experiment in cheap, light weight vello construction.

I really was impressed with this indoor trike !. Soon I will be able to walk through the city of Ivaiporã in Brazil !!!. Very good!!!.

I would add a weather-proof cover over the whole thing, tho. Coroplast doesn't last. Also, I would want it to be securable (locks, no quick-release, etc.). This sort of thing doesn't work in the bad parts of town where we often have to go.
But the design is great and the owner could easily learn to DIY it.
If you can't go into production, please open source the pattern.

We have carts like that at work and the fabric "doors" just don't hold up to the wind. If there's a strong gust it just pulls the fabric off. One of the guys got so frustrated he pull all the "doors" off.

You should have tapered the rear.. they sell a steamline front shield. maybe you should have used that as a basis.. However you put a lot of effort in this and it might be great in naples, florida.. you should drive it around there and take orders.

Great idea that can you make a do-it-yourself cover out of old campaign signs?
I drew up an idea for that about 15 years ago, but never got to it.
I thought it would be cool to overlap the signs like fish scales, using the wire frames to tie it all together :)

actually this is a local bike guy, and he only sold to folks who could pick them up. He's moved on to making jewelry. Less hassle, better pay, but he still has two Delta Bike Cars he and his wife use.

Where I live there are lots of hills, I would leave this at the bottom of the hill and walk.
Me to, these are mostly for folks bopping down bike trails, not hard core biking.

Just tape those Big Clear Garbage Bags all around the bottom section. That'll keep the puddle water from gushing at the rider.

You missed rear view mirrors, blind spots monitoring, sensors, rear view camera, cellphone holder for android auto or carplay..etc.
And you miss the point :)
You will still get wet in it as the front wheel will throw up water needs a mud guard
It's been in use over 5 years and is just fine in the rain :)
