    Nice piece of work. Unfortunately it’s not a very accurate representation of either the Bluenose or the Bluenose II. Sorry!

      Thanks for your comment. For me, Billingboat's kit was an affordable introduction to building model ships. If the models are not true to the original, then that is up to the manufacturers. I also do not have the claim to build scale models. It was fun anyway.

      @@wolfgangzinn LOL I have the Billing Boats Bluenose and while there are issues with the kit, your hull below the waterline is missing part of the keel and it’s the wrong colour, you’re missing 1/3 of the handrail stanchions which explains your scuppers are hugely out of scale, the waterline is incorrect, and the deck was made of pine not teak. Again sorry, but those aren’t issues with the kit which was undoubtedly fun to build as your own interpretation. Good for you!!

      Mr. Zinn took my comments the way they were intended. You on the other hand don’t seem to understand that when you post on social media, not all comments are going to be about how awesome your effort was. To be very polite, grow up.
