3. He got funding continuously and during the Spec House boom [see: Minecraft owner home, jayz and beyonce home, and Saudi sheikh spec home in BH].
4. There was obviously enough faith he’d make $100M, back there is precedent for it, it seems $500M is the roof he can’t pass and investors will obviously recoup Atleast 180-350M.
