What does panter do
It makes perks 2x, 3x, and 4x as strong. So a lvl 3 panther would make tomato do 4 times as much dmg.

I think stork should be re-worked to "spawn a pet from the shop tier from the most recently finished even numbered turn" its a little wordy, but it would let the stork spawn tier 6 pets 2 turns after they are unlocked just like the other tiers.
