Would like to see you wearing a life jacket on a mark like that and having someone with you who could call for help in an emergency. I’m sure I took way bigger risks when I was younger, but am now older and wiser. It only takes a slight lapse in concentration somewhere like that and it could be game over. No fish is more important than your life. Stay safe out there buddy.
thanks for the advice. I do completely agree with what you're saying. I will work on making these things less risky and making more backup plans if something did go wrong in the near future
I dont even fish, and i watched tbos all the way through. Came for the danger, stayed for the personality. Keep doing what youre doing, i think youll blow up
Fair play mate...takes incredible bravery to fish there...I felt woosy watching it
Brilliant channel keep the videos coming definitely the subscribers will come in big numbers 🎣
Thanks Aidan, happy to hear that you're enjoying the content. lets hope for the best🤞👌
I have just subscribed to your channel.
What a brilliant video , the element of danger is unbelievable.
I really am looking forward to seeing more content from your channel. Well done
First of all thanks for the sub, im really happy that you enjoyed it. there will definitely be similar videos coming and hopefully soon. hopefully conditions allow it 👌
Excellent,.wish I was with you fishing. Brave man climbing the rocks. What a beautiful day. what a session and good commentary keep your channel going 👍.
Great vid again mate! If you loosen off the drag a little on your reel you will stop loosing the bigger fish, let them take a little line if needed, bigger fish have the power to rip the hook out of their mouth. Tight lines🎣
good advice. I will experiment with the drag a little more next time im out. thanks cipyc👌
Nice job.
I guess it's like climbing to Everest's peak just to make a snowball, and certainly a tale to tell the grandchildren.
Be safe, be lucky.
appreciate it. you've pretty much hit the nail on the head. I feel like fishing in general is a lot like that. it keeps you happy and entertained at least so that's all the reasoning that I need! 😂
I used to do this sort of fishing way back in the 80s (to old now) back then if you told people what you where doing they would say you were mad ! The comment most often said was get a small boat . Great to think that it's now an acceptable thing to do combining climbing and fishing.great adventure keep posting 😁🎣
I couldn't agree more with the boat comment. It would definitely be the best method to getting out to a lot of these marks. It's high up on my list to buy so hopefully by next summer I should have one. 👍
Another great vid, I need to get fishing with you as soon as possible
@@UntouchedFishing the perch was brilliant, I know you work a lot and I can’t go fishing with you at the drop of a hat, we might have to make a plan when I next come up to Cumbria, but we will see
Be careful going out to places like that by yourself my friend, all it takes is for one rock to crumble when you step on it or one bit of wet seaweed that you didn’t see and you’ve rolled your ankle.
A friend of mine had to hop and crawl his way up a rocky cliff to get phone signal to call me after he fell on the rocks. His foot got wedged in a crack and whatever way he fell it overextended his knee.
He was seriously scratched up by the rough surface by the time we got to him on top of the injuries to his knee. It took me and 2 others an hour to get him back to the car park in a remote area in Wales. We were lucky it wasn’t too inaccessible and he had managed to get up some distance. If it was any more serious a helicopter would’ve been the only option.
All I’m saying is no fish is worth risking your safety for. I used to be fearless like that and go to the most remote places by myself but eventually something is bound to happen to you, it took over 10 years for me to have a serious tumble on the rocks but it happens eventually.
You don’t want to be alone when it does.
Fair play, stay safe and tight lines.
Nice vid, I fish a few marks similar to this in Ireland. Bright days don't tend to fish well. Keep it up 👍
Cheers mate
Nice one 👍
Try going down the fog horn at the mull of galloway 😆🎣
Im very jealous😂. Im hoping to get over that direction this week. get to Oban and maybe Skye. have a good trip out, tight lines 🎣
Yep agree. I used to live over in Wigtown and the Mull was my favourite spot. The fog horn is a mental climb
@@MrGinn76 a ha mr hindley hows it going , if i say UTRINQUE PARATUS , you know who i am 😆🎣
Another cracking vid mate, I am fishing this with you ASAP.
hahahah!!!! Now you've seen it and seen the magnitude of the calibre it's going to be hard to resist I feel. Im not making any promises about this mark right now 😂👌🎣
@@UntouchedFishing we’ll get a rope out and send it. Feel confident after the vid 🤣
Link up with sparta fishing and travels, would be a cracking video
Slippy limpets did this one 😅 well done mate
This gave me the FEAR!! Please don’t take Isaac
So cool & beautiful views!! Safe fishing & keep smashing it🎣
Now he's seen it and seen the quality I'm not sure that even I could stop him 😂 in all seriousness if he does manage to convince me then I wouldn't take him without a rope and harness. Thanks though Marcie great to hear from you!
There isnt a fish out there thats worth risking that climb to get to 😂
Good stuff mate, shame about those lost ones tho ☹️..... Next time
Can't agree with you more. I was happy to get one pollock in but vengeance is definitely needed. hopefully conditions and my days off allow it soon 👍
Recognise that bit if coast
I would've put one of those mackerel out as a live bait immediately and used another as cut bait and catch something decent... great video though
Great video again! That mark looked intense. Shame you lost some of those fish, redemption is needed 🙂
Thanks @Coastlinefishing, I couldn't agree more. Im hoping to get back really soon, hopefully conditions will allow it 👍
@@UntouchedFishing The weather has been rubbish right! I have hardly managed any trips this year. Just putting everything into the winter cod season now! Do you have an instagram page to?
Great video, but life jacket and vhf radio a must.
Best down to earth vids out there. if we should meet. breakfast is on me.
Thank you. It really means a lot. Im now really hoping that we do bump into each other 😂👌
Fair play, I definitely won’t be trying to fish your spot 😂
Good lad, great effort, 👍
Ideally you need a fishing buddy for places like that, 👍
Big risk for a small reward.
Good video mate 👍 certainly not the most dangerous mark on the east Coast or as you say premium, premium, I've certainly fished more productive marks and easier to get to marks on the east but it can be good on it's day 🎣
im sure your right. I made my assessment on how far you actually get out into the ocean. im not doubtful there are marks where you can catch more fish 👍
I think @slippylimpets fished that mark .
Good effort m8. I think I know ow where you are.
Dolphins chased ur fish away 😂
ahaha yes a revenge session is needed with the main goal being to avoid the fish eating wildlife 😂🎣
So what happens if you slip and damage yourself just crazy, just to gish.
So you go to a remote venue off the beaten track negotiate a tricky climb and your on your own?
I wouldn't take anyone as then im putting their life in danger. I could cope if I do it to myself, if I took anyone and they fall I wouldn't be able to live with myself
@@UntouchedFishing I can understand that. Y friend, but I was thinking of your own safety that’s all.
❤
You haven't been fishing long if you think that's the most dangerous mark on the east coast of Scotland. How many times did you fish there before Nathan and Lewis fished it and put a video up ?
Not once. I tried the climb but gave up on it as the routes so difficult. Saw his video and knew if someone could do it it’s doable so went and sent it. Have you fished this for start? If you haven’t go fish it and tell me otherwise. Anything harder than this would be suicidal to fish without a rope
@@UntouchedFishing Never fished it due to living further north and having far better fishing close by. There's a reason not many Scottish lads fish that area,it's not very good in comparison to further north. How many 50lb plus bags of Cod and Pollack from that area do you know of ? Lots of places further north have difficult climbs and the further north you go,the harder they can get. i've been fishing the east coast of Scotland for over 30 years now, i think i know a bit about it :)
Beautiful spot, but reward not worth the risk. Be a great spot from a kayak.
That mark is not for the faint hearted been about 4 times if you dont like climbing dont attempt guys tight lines m8 👍
fair play getting out there. there's no better feeling than making it to the end and having the perfect shore mark.
I know exactly were you are me at good mate mark fish this area lots of good spots and we don’t disclose but we do have pics on Facebook of us climbing which puts 99% of anglers off
I feel as though that's one of the reasons they're so exciting to fish. going down you see no one and it just feels like you're one of the only people to ever fish it. hopefully ill see you down there at some point 👌
That scared me just watching wouldn't attempt that for all the money in the world
Be careful,dude
Cheers pado. Got myself some climbing equipment which I’m taking out tomorrow. Video should be up from it in a week or 2. If I don’t blank🤞
Bro plz go with someone at least 😂😂 huge balls but it’s honestly not worth it haha.
your probably right. you just don't see that many fish anywhere else around where I am
I've fished this mark a few times and can name quite a few others that are more dangerous to approach. Great vid though, keep'm coming
I had a feeling you had Nathan
One of my local marks 😁
I will take you word for it. I'm really happy that you enjoyed it at least, hoping to get to Skye this weekend so I should be able to get a couple more recorded up there. I really appreciate the feedback 👍😊🎣
@@TheAutisticAnglerI think you've seen the vid Martin 😉
@@UntouchedFishingHave a good one on Skye. 👍🎣
