The justice system failed. It failed that young woman and her family. The idea that that guy will be out of prison in less than 7 years shocks me to the core. He violently attacked and murdered that young girl. Not once in his interrogation did he say he cared for her or cared about her. He should serve the same sentence she got... LIFE.

He was describing his actions as if she was doing that to him. He could be telling us how the crime was committed. Come on mom, your boy was doing these things all along while growing up. Human Laws… Laws of the Universe…
He & his family will never ever get away with what has happened here, no matter what, because, when all is taken into accountability, when the bigger picture is seen, life has a way of teaching us the consequences & the repercussions of our thoughts words & actions… whether any of these life lessons/tests are passed or failed, it may not be apparent & on the surface for all to witness, but, those whom it is meant for, they will receive what they deserve… of this I am certain… I know, because, based on my own life, this is what I personally have repeatedly experienced, & I am no exception to any one else on this planet, so, therefore, it must be true for everyone else too…

*sniff* I could barely stem my flow of tears watching this mother's summation. The ABSOLUTE travesty of Accidentally-breaking down the door, Accidentally- beating Yeardly repeatedly in the head, Accidentally-stealing evidence, Accidentally-having previously assaulted her......Where oh WHERE is this poor lads JUSTICE????Awwwww bless, Marta's brave, brave restraint for not speaking out initially "out of respect for the Love family"... guess that ship has sailed.I'm certain it is a mere oversight the wrongful death suit is not being settled out of court. No doubt the Huguely's are feeling the financial twinges from their GENEROSITY in their donations to the One Love Foundation.Must be said, so lovely to hear about Georgie's LIFE. His residence with 40-50 other "GENTLEMEN" in the "Pod". How positively QUAINT! & gainfully employed to boot! I'm quite sure wiping down tables makes one's pride simply bubble over. Such a contribution to society one must, no doubt, just regale others with accounts of his accomplishments.

Regardless it's painful to hear her diminish her son's responsibility for the murder. I would bet her speaking out about the crime, her son's good life in prison finishing college, etc... and the angle for a new trial... made the Love family say enough! I hope they win a lot in the trial for wrongful death... it doesn't get any more wrong than waking a sleeping girl, breaking in and strangling and beating her to death... all because she broke up with you and you NEVER heard NO. In the interview he is MAD, very MAD that she won't talk to him, and when she does.. she calls out his bad behavior while ...in his words "putting everything she did on the back burner." I am glad of the civil suit... George;'s mother did not leave the Love family in peace, so no peace back.. Their lawyer says " it;s not a bad thing for anyone to have the truth come out in trial" ... I beg to differ,,, it will be bad for George and his family and their pride and peace and wallet. All the Love's have left is justice... and the foundation to honor their daughter.... they don;t HAVE a child to rescue... or try to rescue, and boy they wish they did.... All through the interview George is chatty and defensive and dismissive of just what he was there for, and just what he did to her... right up until he hears she is dead... and then the penny drops... her life is over, and his might as well be.

Well I just watched JCS interrogation of this crazy young man.. .& this is exactly why that boy is the way he is, his mom is in denial… rest in peace to that beautiful sweet girl who got her life taken, I pray for her family… I do think he should have gotten much more time, but mommy paid for a good lawyer, so he was privileged….

He's a monster who refused to accept 'no' as an answer. "Roommate," not cell mate? "Gentlemen," not convicts? Avoiding reality isn't helping Mom. We know the truth. George went over to Yeardley's, was told to leave, broke in, murdered her, and conveniently remembered to steal her laptop.

Yes, it’s your son… if it didn’t happen to her, it would have happened to the next girl. He had anger management problems. Then you add alcohol into the mix - he’s a ticking time bomb.

George Huge-ego broke through her locked door, ignored Yeardley's pleas for him to get out, banged her head repeatedly against the wall, choked her, wrestled her on the floor even though he saw she was bleeding, threw her down to die in a pool of her own blood. If he had called for an ambulance, she might have survived, but he never even considered doing that. Then, as she lay dying, he texted three other women he wanted to hook up with. His sentence is too lenient, IMO.

Why is this video framed like an accident with two victims? As though Yeardley’s horrifying, violent, and unnecessary death at the hands of that abusive individual was somehow inevitable? You’ll note that I won’t say his name because he doesn’t deserve any notoriety for his horrific and escalating crimes. His mother has blood on her hands for raising and coddling such a brutal monster. I applaud Ms. Love’s family for taking the high road.
