I don't think Drew knows all the answers ahead of time, and possibly he doesn't want to. I find his reactions to big wins more authentic.

On some of these big wins, I sort of wonder if people had enough cash to pay the taxes on them. I'm sure it varies on people's financial situations and possibly the state they live in, but I've heard that winnings of money and prizes can be around 25%-30%. So let's say 25% of $74570.... $18,642 in taxes.... Granted it still a great win, but I wonder how many people forget the tax on winnings/gifts...? I mean I wonder if some people had to take out loans to pay the tax in some cases... maybe even putting the cars themselves down as collatoral.
Actually once, there was a local drawing for a BMW Z4 or something like $40,000 (the car was worth about that with all the options and trim). But anyway had a discussion wit ha friend and he said he'd take the car over the $40k. I told him I'd take the cash over the car. For one, you have to pay tax, and atl east with the cash, you can deduct the tax from the cash and walk away with about $28,000. With the car, you'd have to come up with the cash. Second, the car loses values as soon as you take ownership of it. The cash doesn't depreciate as soon as you take ownership of it (it can lose some value if the value of the dollar drops, or it can increase in value,). He thought I was crazy and he told someone else, and they're like "No actually, that's a smart idea.... take the cash not the car"

Just in this game it worked this way. He held the card (with the numbers on it) in the most logical place. Both the jet ski and the car had a missing number in the middle, so he held the card in the exact center (2 was in the middle for the jet ski and 2|5 was the middle for the car instead of just the 5).
The seat was the only one where the number missing was at the beginning, so he held the card so that the left most number hovered over it...which happened to be the correct number.

I would have killed to win a Viper! OMG! Not literally kill, but I would fall over I think. Love them. Adding, kind of, to a street racing post! Not necessarily a habit! Why? I bought a 25th Anniversary Mustang from a Police Officer, as he drove one similar to catch highway racers fast. I did not know that anyone can get a police package installed at factory, not affecting warranty. I was ridiculous fast, BUT, not Viper fast. * This leads to my point. Everyone wants to try to suck you into a race and it is annoying, even knowing you will win. It starts, as restraint, but soon Civic drivers with a stupid muffler think they have a Ferrari. On occasion I had to blow a moron away, trying to impress friends, but stopped fast and Thank God that short stupidity was not caught. Maybe 3 times, but I would have been labeled a “Street Racer!”. Maybe he got carried away. I don’t know. I don’t know him. Just offering what can happen. Great insight, by another: there are people that drive fast cars and those that dive cars fast...meaning some own a fast car with nothing to prove. Some don’t, but try to prove something in a car meant for commuting. Not fast! Driven fast (not really, but trying). That does not mean there are not people with fast cars showing off stupidly. This is not about my car, but it would be worse in a Viper. Not defending him, but a possibility. * Regardless...what a win!!! Wow!
