No single room, hostel may be provided if u r outside delhi. Branch is good but work hard. Good luck

1st year waalo ka hostel dur h toh sports facilities kaise use kare
Generally nielerd hostel mai 1st yr ko milta h ,waha bhi badminton ,football, cricket net,basketball court h aur zab college mai ho toh nitdelhi main campus ka sport facility use kr lo. Waha sare sports ke alag coaches bhi hai

But in 5 years NIT Delhi will overtake DTU
Currently, NIT D CSE Average: 18.6 LPA
DTU CSE Average: 23 LPA
NIT D CSE median : 16 LPA
DTU CSE Median: 15 LPA.
Nit Delhi placement % = 86
DTU placement % = 69 (due to poor quality students as there is 85% reservation)
@@RealJackBoltbhai aaj ya 5 saal baad ya 50 saal baad bhi nit delhi nahi overtake kar payega kyuki dce not dtu dce ka alumni itna strong hai ki jab alumni meet hui thi toh bade bade companies ke ceo aaye the aur unhone bola tha ki woh dtu ki reputation kabhi girne nahi denge aur kabhi dtu aao labs dekho tab pata lagega ki iit delhi ke lab equipments lage hue hain plus itna fund milta hai dtu ko ki 10-15 cr toh har sal alumni aise hi de dete hai ki ye banao woh banao
@@satwikstudyonly8193 mai sach bol rha hu, mai to nit kkr ka student hu (IT), unbiased opinion hai mera. DTU is a crap institute due to the garbage they collect from all over Delhi.
Aur alumi network ki baat to correct hai tumhari that it will always be better than nit Delhi.
But IIIT Delhi also has a weak alumi network, 2008 me establishment hua tha aur aaj uska median 30 LPA ka hai, much greater than DTU. Something similar (although not of this magnitude) will happen to NITD. 5-7 yrs me iska CSE median 23-25 LPA hoga.
So in terms of placement DTU has never done well according to its reputation of tier 1 institute. Although the averages might seem good, the medians are always terrible alongside bad placement %.
Upar se currently Jo students NITD se graduate kr rhe hai unhone admission liya hoga in 2020. From 2010 to 2021 admission cutoffs were way too low so people with 94%iles could also get admission in nit D. And such people are getting this placement.
Now every year cutoffs are rising , this year they are similar to NIT KKR (was surprised myself). So nit D is increasing its general student quality aswell.
