You are so talented it looks beautiful however I think you should go higher and touch the ceiling with the coving for that flawless finish save you dusting the top of the wardrobe. Also, some elegant wallpaper in the frames on the doors who look nice, too xx
Definitely paint the coving , but those doors the panelling,I adore it that’s definitely thee nicest ones yet, and the mirror and shelf complimenting each other beautifully ❤

When I want stronger fixings in plasterboard I use, hollow wall anchors, and spray some expanding foam into the hole first to spread the weight further.

Hey Shade, you're channel is so inspiring! I love to see women DIYers, makes me feel like I can do anything. I've got loads I want to do to my flat and your style is just like mine, so I'm going to take loads of inspiration from your videos! I have no basic learning about carpentry, do you have any basics videos, or can recommend a place to learn the early stuff? e.g. prepping wood for painting, measuring things before cutting, what tools are essential to have, all that stuff.
I like the coving and base white it makes the wardrobes pop especially if you island top has a white tone countertop. Painting it same color looks drab and monotone! But whatever you decide will still be nice. Choose whichever you and Rob love best afterall it’s your space and we are just along for the ride! You skills ROCK!!

Loving the new wardrobes and the colour 💜 I would paint the coving the same as the wardrobes 💜 carpet is warmer you can always put a small washable rug where your make-up station is going to be just in case of spillages 💜
I absolutely love the warbobe - you both did a great! I can't believe how nice the corner shelf looks too. Yes, I would paint the top of the warbobe to match. I would also paint the island the same to. Bamboo blinds would look nice at the window - that match the mirror and shelf. I am so excited!!

I would paint the coving the same as the wardrobe. Before you said anything I did think it stuck out a little and I think it would elevate the whole room enormously if it was the same colour 😊 what is the paint colour you’ve done the wardrobes in? Did you have to seal them or just thin layers of paint? I want to paint my IKEA chest of drawers so any tips welcome 😍🫶🏼 whole room looks stunning already and I can’t wait for the end result! ❤
