I'm not sure, but I think Postman was getting pretty frustrated about technology by this time.. he winced when often asked, "do you mean we need religion again?" Religion is not the answer. Just love.
I don’t know about that. You could argue that it’s innately part of the human condition to want to worship/pedestalise something (if not our own existence or ideals). We’d have no reason to get out of bed otherwise.
This is why science and math education in America is pure garbage. No context. It's not just doing problem after problem, it's about the story of why math and science were created, their roles in society, and which if the two serves the other. You'll not learn that with current curriculums....

Postman would be speechless watching today´s armies of mobile zoombies watching crap worse than any commercials he would have seen!

"... schools .... houses of Detention ."
"get out... with that knowledge of self, determination.."
The story must go on.
The end of education is learning the truth of God, and the knowledge of Him, who alone can give meaning, purpose, and value of life.
Falso, el laicismo a demostrado mejores resultados disciplinarios y académicos que la educación religiosa
You may be a little muddled as to the point
I wish he were less verbose. It would be easier to receive a message if it were little more succinct.
Really? I didn’t feel he was verbose at all.
