We see the connection now between the ohia tree, people and wai or water which is life. Thank you for educating us on the ohia tree which is sacred to Hawai'i. Long live the ohia tree!
Blooming Ohia Trees smell like honey and look so cute full of bee's
What a touching and well described documentary of the beloved 'ohi'a trees. I love them too and am trying hard to protect many trees and other native Hawaiian species in Maui where I live, Ha'iku. So many invasive species here, but no ROD yet... and please don't come!
Thank you for doing this video.
The Ohia tree has ~~Hawaiian Airlines~~ provided so much to Hawaii.

Wow😊
Please make a video of the wiliwili trees. The nearly extinct native hawaiian tree that used to cover the north west side of the big island before the beef industry and before the wasps killed many of them. #savethewiliwilitrees !
Just bought an ohia tree from California. Gonna try rooting cuttings of it
💚💚💚
Can you find a resistant Ohia strain?
Surprised the Forestry community hasn't asked the Medical community for help.

Maybe it's time to restrict the introduction of non-native plants to Hawaii.
Far too late for that. The islands have been introduced to Thousands of invasive species already
