Allan vs Crohn's Disease

Allan is my partner and biggest cheerleader in my pursuit of raising as much ££ as possible for Crohn's & Colitis UK by running 2 marathons and an ultramarathon!
Here he talks about his own struggle with Crohn's disease and how it has affected his life from getting gravely ill in his early 20s, to living with a stoma and then thriving in his 40s.
