The last time I saw him was 3 days before it was announced that he had joined Pink Floyd when he went into a local music shop and bought a Fender Stratocaster guitar. Vern Anderson not trying to be an ass, but you must not play guitar or pay attention.....the second solo is on his famous tuxedo FENDER Stratocaster.......which he's had for decades. That guitar is on a shit ton of classic Floyd songs.
Josh you may be right I'm talking about the solo that was on the "non fender" and yes I know about his famous black and white fender! That's not the one I was talking about, so let me go back and tell you exact time markers in this video.
OK Josh thanks for making me go back and check, so at around the 4:55 minute mark he picks up the guitar I'm talking about then he takes it off at the 6:45 mark.
The speeds all screwed up. Slows down and speeds up like crazy!
One of (if not the best )guitar solos EVER played on a 6 string guitar.
