Survey button is pissing me off being right where character button was.
💯 and also a question is anyone having issues updating on the launcher ? I swear I updated yesterday like normal but today it asked me to update like yesterday but this time when finished said my files were corrupted so launcher made me reinstall update and now I’m waiting for like 30 plus minutes to finish ????

in raids I've noticed that when I agro a scav it feels like every scav on the map is aggrod and walking towards me, walking out of interchange with over 34 scav kills in pvp raids.
I see 0 reason for the scav buff on interchange, especially after the new ai behavior
Dude I have to bring SO MUCH AMMO its nuts. Or loot scavs and drop my guns for insurance fraud and grab another gun build
Oh you're lucky. SOme people get +60 kills and only used the ammo rom AI PMC's bc they don't take ridicolous amounts of ammo with them
I think its not Agro but the new feature where scavs pick up loot. So, if you leave the body with loot on it the scavs will come to vacuum it up.

did a labs raid with the boys and one of the AI PMCs actaully got on top of a box behind cover to get an angle on us that really surprised me
did a raid on woods and a PMC was looted to the max so that was really fun. W update so far
im scared to go into Sawmill cause i swear to go Shturman is like ALWAYS there
@@kenny31000 in general in PVE it feels like the bosses have a 75% spawn rate, Tagilla on factory is their 90% of the time, its crazy man.

The Item Craft icon that automatically appears are for FAVOURITED crafts, that's why some appear with the icon and some do not. BSG should have made it clear

PvE is insane Horde mode now, and surviving is almost impossible because AI can see though foliage and even if you manage to kill everything you simply run out of ammo.
PVE is now "harder" that PVP first 30 to raid second some random IA autolock on my head at night through trees and i am doing surg and out of meds not even 100meters from spawn yea its either PVP hackers or cracked hacker like AI i might as well stop playing and dont recomment tarkov to anyone...
ive been playing PVE non-stop this past month. after this patch yesterday, it was like a new game. i was hunting shturman, meanwhile i have a PMC come up behind me from suppressor shack. I also see two or three bears run in at the 3 cabins. huge fight. so much fun. no plans on returning to PVP at this point.
Try SPT, embrace the future and leave PVE behind. You will thank yourself

This wishlist mechanic is so annoying, they need to move it back to its original spot because it's messed up my muscle memory of clicking filter by item
My muscle memory has also been fucked by it. They could just move it to the bottom of the list.
I could go for moving wishlist down and the survey button either far left or right not in front of the character tab
yeah.. pretty dumb decision to put it in place of functions we use every day for years.. hopefully they relocate it
My first fucking thought when I saw it, why did they put it at the top!?
This game relies on so much muscle memory, and speed. So frustrating when you want to fly through your inventory and do what you need, but can’t cause they add ONE button 😂
We are so picky
As someone who has been playing for years on and off but works too much to spend time learning every little item I love this, I havnt used it a lot yet but I always had trouble keeping up with friends who have more time to play just stealing items from me when grouped up because I don’t know better.
The auto add to hideout list mechanic is actually fairly well thought out.
1. Any items needed for available upgrades are added to the list
2. Items DO NOT get added if the upgrade module relies on another module being a certain level (ex: Nutrition Lvl 3 items won’t get marked if Lavatory 2 hasn’t been upgraded yet)
3. When an upgrade is complete and installed, any of the items in that upgrade recipe that aren’t required for any other upgrades are removed from the hideout checklist
4. You can still apply a favorite category to anything automatically marked which will override the automatic marking and persist even after the corresponding upgrade has been installed
but it should disappear for some parts if you reach it ingame if you know what i mean
if i pick for example some kind of items i dont know how much i need, but i dont need that much for upgrade and further ones
its kinda wasted space if you take them with you
One thing that was changed and was not mentioned in the patch notes was: Flea market limits on the quantity of certain items you can have listed at one time (eg, can only list 5 defibrillators at once, 1 money case, etc;)
they just updated again, only 2mb.
Any idea what they've changed? I'm hoping they dialed back the aggression a little bit, I've been sweating

Also FYI zyrachi will kill you if you are in a local hosted game, the transponder makes the right noise but says blocked. The mines dont go off but you just get sniped crossing

I had two AI PMCs camp southern road extract on lighthouse. I guess they were trying to extract and just ran into me looting the final crates up there. Luckily they both had shotguns so I was able to take them out and extract.
I think ragmans quest is that you have to kill people who are wearing a 20+ container bag. I don't think you yourself have to be wearing a 20+ container bag.

Definitely agree about the report/reward thing. Gonna be a ton of people report spamming for a chance of compensation.
They already do, so it doesn't really matter. I'm 3 for 5 on reports.

10:32 its any target wearing a 20+ container size backpack, I figured this out pretty quick going into raid and not getting any towards the quest except for two pmcs with big backpacks, looking for pilgrim pack scavs and pmcs to take out for that quest basically

PvE is now scary. Met Sanitar and his goons at radio tower when i was running past radio mast near road to customs. Havent had such a jumpscare in Tarkov in a while.
Just a fair warning to some out there on PvE Zone, at least on local, you are unable to go out to Lightkeeper island. Your DSPT will switch to "blocked" like you are in a offline practice raid even if it shows encoded when you are in your stash. I haven't been able to test on co-op.

In PVE the AI PMC's actually go to the office area in factory now. Thank god for these changes. I can actually complete that stupid quest now.

It used to be that when I right click a weapon and go to mod, I can add on whatever I have in my inventory. If I inspected the weapon, I could then click the button and it would take me to the screen where I can add any and all parts, then buy those parts. Now the only way I've found to get to add the parts to buy is by going to edit preset. Not sure if it was intended or what, because I'm not trying to do a preset.
Scavs moving and being more dynamic is total bollocks. Did a PVE scav raid on interchange and all they did was stand, look left, look right, walked a few meters, repeat. 3 PMC bots came and the 5 scavs that were near me didn’t even fire a single shot or react. My gun jammed 2 times in a row and I got mowed down all while the scav bots laughed at me and watched.
Glad the performance thing is all around. I was running really good before this patch. Now easily lost 10 - 20fps
They gotta do something about the AI PMC’s. The fact I can get 2 shot through bushes from 200m away is insane.
They’ve overtuned em for sure, if they dial it back juuuust a touch so they aren’t laser beams from so far away, it’ll be essentially perfect.
Imagine u see the last car battery for your quest in the distance, and an AI scav steals it💀
Performance complaints are always there and I know they suck, but AI inptovements is one of the things I've been wanting fixed for a looooong time.

Check your numbers folks. A lot of people including me are not gaining EXP from raids on locally hosted maps. It says you did, but if you record your total EXP at the start then check it after the raid, on maps other than Streets, you might find you are not gaining EXP.
while offline mode is great, if spt is anything to go by it will possibly tank performance quite a bit when you have your own pc do all the ai calculations. hopefully official eft have it more optimized

Friend of mine got shadow banned on his alpha account and hasn't received any contact from BSG or Battle Eye after. I think he just got reported all the time and he definitely wasn't a cheater, mained the Gornastay sniper and was quite good at it. RIP Alpha account.

When you have unheard, you don't need the fence quest. It is for the "Mark of the Unheard" thingy, so people without Unheard-Edition can get it

The wishlist in its current form is quite ass, you don’t know what you need it for, you just know u need it, you don’t know how many u need…how hard would it have been to just have the ability to put a note on an item that appears when u mouse over the FIR check just like how quest items work

I had an ai on PvP streets pick up my backpack and then headed towards me and my team that were fighting and had brought more loot than what I had in my bag to begin with. So the ai on PvP are already acting in new ways
If the AI PMCs can extract now, does that mean they also limited the number that can spawn to match the actual number of PMC spawns PVP?

FYI solo pve labs.. doesn’t take the keycard. It’s treating “solo” as the same as a “offline raid” except you keep the loot.
Yeah people are finding this has more consequences including lightkeeper being unavailable
@@PotatoeGamerLPLightkeeper is unavailable if you selected anything but the grenade case from Skier after the Chemical quests. Maybe there is now more bugs related to Lightkeeper, but afaik that's the only one.

The problem with ai pmc in local is that you. Won't. See. A. Soul. Go 8 raids without a SINGLE pmc or be firing lined from aggression range: yes 5 stacks (source: lighthouse, customs, and woods), but hey at least they can "move". Yeah. Moved outta tarkov and back to the states. I'll call this the kill task death update
I have been grinding PVE since we got it for EOD edition. After this current patch I have tried to go to factory to start this new quest from proper "the Good times part1" and every time I have spawn in with Tagilia laughing As the sound loads in first then as I get visuals, he shoots me dead before I can even move. This has happened 3 times in row. Is anyone else getting this or is this just bad RnG.
Idk why they ever made it hard to get scopes like the VUDU or the Vortex. While it may have a slight advantage over something like a 1x holo or something it doesn’t inherently make everyone who uses it better. For some people who don’t have 200 mil roubles or engage in constant PvP they may never see the sight or use it which is a shame because they really do open up a lot of combat options and are just more fun to use imo
those optics are objectively way better than anything. If you could run a VUDU or Vortex every raid you would have no reason to use a red dot or holo

The reward for a report should be the ban. But then again they do buy another for 7 bucks so.

Even if everyone reports everyone, a hacker gets more kills per day, he will be reported more times and be an outliner

Scav mode being server sided still is odd, but otherwise, it sounds sweet.
Imagine storing everyone that everyone has ever killed... Im sure that wont take too much time for a scope creeped team to implement efficiently into a db
Every account has an ID to it. Databases are kept on all this stuff already, it's just a matter of saving it, which saving a small line of text is inconsequential.

The AI i feel does not work as intended, ive seen some pmc ai loot one thing then book it towards an extract (all they looted was sunglasses from a hidden stash)
Some PMC AI I've witnessed just plop into existence out of nowhere (inty power station looking out onto road 3 just appear)
Ive also experienced a few raids where they spawn more PMCs than the raid map says there should be which imo is an issue if they swarm.
I feel like the npcs reacting to yelling and such isnt gonna change anything because they team up on you regardless lol
Honestly ui overall needs a lot of fixing. Move surveys away from character button. Move wish list item back to original and move abandon raid away from reconnect. Those 3 simple ui fuck ups are the most obvious to me.
This update broke the game
Labs access doesn’t count so can spam labs with one card
You can alt f4 in raids too restart the raid without losing anything and reroll spawns
You can turn ai off and bosses and take the loot from raids
Much more
The tasks for the pockets are really bad

So things i noticed pve aleast all the PMC''s basically move together now. had 8 in one spot at one point. and scavs once aggro'd will just constantly respawn and charge you while assisting the AI pmc's. feels more like an endless horde simulator than pve tarkov
You have to actually kill enemies that are wearing a 20+ slot bag doesn’t matter what bag your using 👍🏼

The AI changes to PvE are super noticeable. I didn’t play pre-patch but I saw they changed the AI behavior and checked it out. PMCs don’t just sit in their spawn like raiders anymore. The AI will absolutely thrash the map looking for loot, I found so many empty containers and open doors it feels great to play. Also AI PMC will rotate to fights, I had a huge fight at the financial office on streets, I even got ratted by a two man in the abandoned factory 😂 really fun update so far
I don't think we need to change AI logic,we need bsg to fix the server and utilize the game for better performance

ya i ran into ambushes of 4 pmc on interchange on pve ya i was like what the shit they got me coming out the area where Kiba alarm#1 is that like almost to Goshan i was like where the hell are the PMC i open the door to where the lockers are and i got just Beamed im like what the shit soo far PVE is such a shitshow in a good way it will help people to learn how to PVP like you will be punshed for running around thinking O this is easy
Love the Ai changes, I finally finished the quest for killing 15 pmcs near the mountain for light keeper cuz ran into 2 4pmc squads. Game def feels more dynamic
so far i’ve donated 10 zabralos without a single kill on factory 💀
I really think pve mode shouldn't be a purchasable dlc, should be included with all versions on launch imo
