Very much so! I know in my Medici video I speak to it briefly but making sure people know how important the zombies are for that event is crucial to a good score
I saw your video for Medici and I have a setup for farms and lower lvl cities. The setup I use is 1 of each for front and mid. Max zombies. Then 1 each of back row and then max higher snipers or cannons and then use whatever extra put it on the lower of the 2 between snipers and cannons. The items I pick then is every time zombies come up get that and also LR items as well. Plus pay the 40 gold to skip each layer till you can’t anymore, this is so you have most of your troops still. Don’t open any chests until lvl 10 and higher. Don’t use the Medici attack and HP bonus for 1k gold unless you get to lvl19. This way to save your gold and not waste it. If you get to 19 then I would put those buffs on for the gold. Always gets the 5% troop size buff until you get to 80% health and then use it for healing so your back to full health. With this setup I get to lvl16 minimum but mostly to 19. Always get corpse mountain as a huff when they offer it. Try out this setup and let me know how it did for you. My farms are 22, 23 and 24 lvls.
The main issue I have with the single troops is 5% of 1 doesn't go up easily. When I use 100 to 1000 then you get an extra 20 troops every time. I have heard of zombie only setups and I will try some next time around. I usually don't spend gold except for the skip lol. I just wanted to make a good video 😅
ok so as a non-spender. If I wanted to just buy only one officer on weekly rotation. Who should I get? I am talking like 6 dollars a week. I have asked the AoZ discord and my alliance members. Almost everyone say Tifa is priority.
Tifa is great but not my recommendation. If you only want to buy a single officer at a time I would start with Major Morgan to 4 stars and then Saki to 4 stars. Tifa, Zues, Alexandria, Panda, Stormbow and Aeon in that order. Once you hit 4 stars stuff really starts slowing down and I cannot in good conscious recommend officers at that point with that budget. I Would get the titan alloy packs at 3 dollars twice a week for some cheap power.
@@FeralVincentI imagine you would update this priority to Zeus and Alexandria first and then Saki Morgan. Or at least those 4 first and then I think in a recent video you had Aeon next followed by Tifa, Panda, Storm. This is very close to how I’ve always prioritized them. But I recently bumped up the importance of aeon and putting skills into melee hp… absolutely game changing.
The issue with defense is scale. Defense has a lower base number that the percentages pick up on and increase. So adding 100% to 80 is not as valuable as adding 100% to 1500 if that makes sense.

The best way I can explain the interactions is Attack Value minus defense equals damage. If the end number is greater than the hit points then units are lost. This has been hard for me to test exactly but it seems to hold up. Since Hitpoints scale better having more makes a tiny bit more sense than having more defense. The best example is in Doom Arena where the stats are set to zero. There is a reason people dominate those guys. 😅😅

Edit** No Zombies do not count as trooops. So they have completely separate stats.

Y do u dislike the defense officer skill so much ? I’ve always been curious which is better hp vs defense
HP is better than Defense.
