fuck, Toshi is just too good to be true. from different kinds of voices depending on the character, he still portrays them very well even if he is singing. i truly love him.
He has the same ability as Toshihiko Seki, Nobutoshi Canna and Satoshi Hino (they can all sing in their character voices).
Examples of range: Seki goes from Utsukushiki Miyako to Apollon (a natural talent, he's never sung a note off-tune in his entire career), Canna goes from Shiawase ni Narou to Last Forever, Hino goes from After Season to Femme Fatale.
I want Toshiyuki to sing the YOI Season 2 opening song along with Suwabe! 😭😭 It would sound like it's Yuuri and Viktor who's singing. 😭😭
He voices Kaneshiro Goshi & Yuri Katsuki, it's amazing how these 2 characters sound so different from the other

All this fangirling over Yuri makes me realize how old I am. I first saw him as Kentaro in Prince of Tennis, and then as Shouichi in Reborn.
...I think Claude from Fire Emblem: Three Houses will eventually be my favorite Toshi role (if he plays the character like the tiny Famitsu scan seems to imply).
Seeing how Claude is very likely to have a darker side, like Mikado, I can't help but imagine how would Tosshi's voice tone change when in serious mode. He sounds pretty upbeat in the trailer

here because I wanted to hear more of Toshiyuki Toyonaga. I'm currently in love with his role of Popp from Dragon Quest: Dai no Daibouken. (2020). His performance as Popp is just OUTSTANDING. He brings so much emotion to the character and I end up crying alot while watching the anime. XD lol And WOW he's just so amazing with these other roles, even with the roles I'm not familiar with. What a surprise though that he voices Shouichi from Katekyo Hitman Reborn! I always loved his song No Control! I also just wanna say how much I adore not only Toyonaga-san's acting, but his singing as well!! He does regular singing outside of anime and I've been listening to his stuff so much lately!! He's just SO GOOD. ;u;
