The Car for the Vor does not spawn at my game. Is there anything to do before it spawn?
For the Vor, you need to build the ramp that’s a little farther away (this video at 10 minutes in) OR Here’s a separate short video on just unlocking the time trial and getting the Vor: czcams.com/video/KbbKlmtXOLA/video.html

I play on a switch so to get to Lady Liberty Island I use a pipe at the same spot and I've only had the game for 2 and a half days and these really help :D. And the videos are even good if you don't have the game 100% recommend :D

Is there anyway you can change your outfits on the go or do you need a red brick and I’m very stuck on the heavy vehicles too ?
You can change your outfits with the bumper buttons (R1 and L1 on the PS4). If you want to change the outfits on the wheel, you have to go into a disguise booth, which are in each district.

Sometimes you can’t 100% the game or get all Trophies/Achievements if you use codes. You can get a lot of vehicles by doing the vehicle robbers arrested, vehicle robberies, and the time trials.

I use Final Cut Pro X for the Mac. It’s $300, but all the upgrades are free. You could use DaVinci Resolve, which has a free version. It’s at blackmagicdesign

How do you get boats?
Go to a pier and press the button to get into a vehicle when you get near it. Or swim out to a boat, or fly a helicopter over one and get close to the boat and press the button. You can’t buy boats.

For the Vor, you need to build the stunt ramp that’s a little farther away (see my video for where the ramp is).

You need to complete one time trial to get the Vor and a different time trial on Apollo Island for the Cocoon. You don’t need to complete all the time trials first.

You drive the Roar to get the Vor. Notice the ending where they tell you what vehicle you get - the Vor bike

These are just the bikes in the bike category. There are more bikes in the Emergency Vehicles category. Also, some have been renamed in the Remastered version (different than the Wii U).

How did you summon the sweetie
I pressed down on the right stick (R3 on PS4) and had the Instant Vehicles red brick turned on. I show how to get it in the beginning of this video, but you need helipads for it: czcams.com/video/YDpR29cU7_E/video.html
We unlock Helipads and Aircraft at the end of Chapter 10. Then we fly over to the helipad in Bright Lights Plaza. Once you get there, you can unlock the elevator to get up there by going down the stairs from the helipad and taking the elevator down. BUT BEFORE YOU GO DOWN THE ELEVATOR, go around to the other side and get the Instant Vehicles Red Brick. 😊
