    I have this conversation a lot with my desk based members. Bad back, neck, shoulders or just aching. Feel rubbish as sat down most of the day at a desk. Sit/stand set up not "possible".
    Well failing everything else, regular movement and undoing some of the effects of sitting for long periods is quote simple. Why do you think your watch keeps telling you to move? (Silence watch, I'm busy).
    Every 45-60 minutes, do this 3 minute routine and you will help your body avoid some of those desk based issues. And breaking up periods of sitting at a desk/computer has a ton of other benefits aside from physical pain:
    🔵Gives your eyes a break (HSE recommendation every 20 minutes)
    🔵Make you more productive (microbreaks are powerful)
    🔵Reduce your chances of heart disease, obesity, diabetes, cancer and more
    🔵Increase your NEAT (non-exercise activity calorie burning)
