What I appreciate about Dorothy is that she does not eat an absurd amount of food. Her spice tolerance is impressively high and I always enjoy the clips of her making her own food.

For those who want to try these noodles, it's very long, chewy, and thin noodles and the texture is really good! Also the soup with it is SO FRICKIN GOOD I DON'T EVEN FRICKIN KNOW WHY. And I don't put the spicy sauce because my spice tolerance isn't very good as Dorothy hehe, I've tried using the spicy sauce and it was SUPER SPICY I almost died but at first, it is kind of sweet and then a few seconds later it's like FIRE!! I totally recommend putting the soup in the bowl cuz then there's less spiciness and also I recommend eating it at Korean BBQ after eating all the meats cause you need something to cool down your tastebuds and your palate. When you eat those noodles (spicy) I recommend having the soup on the side because the soup is LIKE MEDICINE!! It gets rid of the spicy taste! Like milk, but if you are a spice lover and prefer to keep having the spicy flavour, of course it is your choice. I tried it in a Korean restaurant in Ontario, Canada!

They are buckwheat noodles. Really chewy, usually at the restaurants they give you scissors so you can cut up noodles some to make it easier to eat
