Oh Daniel, arrogance dripped from him like massive waterfall. He overwhelmed his sister’s voice like a jealous brat. She has a lovely voice and deserved to be heard. He blasted her away like an atomic bomb. Very unnecessary! I love his voice and I enjoy his performances, but not how he overwhelmed his sister.

Raushan doesn't want to be a singer, she is studying mathematics and Medicine at University and wants to be a doctor, but she has a pretty voice and yes she grew up just the same as Dimash although she wasn't given to the grandparents to raise solely like he was, he only found out Sveta and Kanat were his parents when his teacher announced it to the class when he was 10. There is also a video of Raushan singing with her mum on CZcams 💖

@@sabina1118 yes although they are a musical family they allow the children to follow their own paths in life. I am sure Raushan will be the very best at what she puts her mind to, as well as Abilmansur, who seems to want to become a musician, never heard him sing or want to sing but he plays Dombra very well. So an amazing trio of talented children ❤❤❤

Raushan is interested in mathematics and medicine, and in this year she started studying at Astana Medical University.
Dimash's father said that Raushan is the most down to earth in their family, thinking very logically and wisely.
Margit Karu- Dimash’s family: such a highly educated lot- Papa Kanat and Mama Sveta both graduated from university. This past June, Dimash obtained a Master’s degree in Music Composition and is currently pursuing a PhD. He has stated in an interview that his doctoral interest is in Music Pedagogy. Younger brother, Abilmansur (Mansur) followed his brother to the same music school Dimash attended and plays dombra in his brother’s concert when his academic schedule allows. Raushan, like the rest of her family is musically talented, but is highly interested in math and science. She is attending university on academic scholarship and will eventually go on to medical school.

I watch Dimash at least two hours a day and flew to Latvia to see him in concert so I am a dear, but I think, on this occasion, Dimash should have sung a very simple song with his sister, so as not to overwhelm her. But I’m glad to have heard her sing and I love when his brother and father play dombra on stage with Dimash.

Some commented that actually she didn't want to be a singer. But because she has beautiful voice, dimash tried to put her on this stage. Unfortunately she froze &forgot to sing, so he took over. The kazakh president was present that's why she froze &he belt a lot in the end. This wasn't regular concert where they could be more relaxed. After that he let her go to pursue her own dream in medical school ❤🏥
Oh, she has a wonderful voice! Just both of them give diferent vibe! Even if we have two perfect voices at the stage it is never enough for making a duet. It is really rare to find two voices that complete each other. Dimash gives me goosebumps and I feel charged and electricity :D while his sis has this voice that I feel the need to hear when I am sad and want to cry so to can calm down, since her voice is in synchronous with my sadness - it's so gentle and touching the deepest parts of my seoul. But it is still so great feeling to see them both at the stage! He is a good brother! And that's how loving families act - they just want and do things together. Nobody thinks if the other could drag him down or some other shi*s. Instead they KNOW it will be fine because there is nothing better than share moments like this with your familly. They are really really lovely ♥️

Thanks for your lovely reaction. Yes, Raushan also has a lovely voice, but from what I read, Raushan is shy and nervous on stage, so her big brother was there to help. Yes, Raushan is so pretty, like a princess. Dimash's entire family are all talented and beautiful.

Dimash's performance was great as always, but just this time I feel he should have dialed it down just a little bit to avoid blowing his sister completely out of the water. She had a good voice, and I wish the sound technician would have at least made them the same volume for the moments they sang together.

I saw him singing with his parents and you could see he was dialling his voice down out of respect.... I mean he's unnaturally gifted, I can't imagine any singer not being intimidated being on stage with him.... his sister has a lovely voice but let's be honest here. Compared to Dimash??? I really think he should have toned it down here or picked a song that didn't highlight the glaring difference in vocal ability .... I'm surprised because Dimash is generally so humble.... I think he meant well but it was hard to watch

In Kazakhstan, it is accepted that children are raised by grandparents. they are wiser, they have more experience. Therefore, Dimash and his brother and sister were raised by their grandparents. Dimash says that his grandfather still teaches him how to act and how to behave. Dimash and his whole family are very humble and decent people.❤

Однажды я смотрела интервью Димаша, когда его спросили , любит ли он гонять на огромной скорости, он ответил- конечно, но мама переживает, поэтому я не покупаю себе мотоцикл.
Я была просто шокирована такой заботой о родителях.
В свои 20 с лишним, молодые не очень то задумываются о родителях, об их чувствах. Но Димаш, совсем другое дело, прекрасное воспитание, человеколюбие, это дорогого стоит, тем более в мире шоу-бизнеса, там свои звериные законы, Димаш не вписывается, но тем более он дорог и любим своими почитателями за прекрасную душу.

This is my favorite rendition!!! I love Raushan's harmonies 💜💐💜. I previously had read Raushan isn't comfortable on stage....hence why she is in collage on a medical scholarship 🤗🤗.
I do think at one point she hesitated (nervous whatever) but Dimash being who he is smiles and just carries on like it was planned. The family love with all of them is incredible!! 💙🤗💙

Raushan's reaction is normal because having a brother as great as Dimash would also make me shy away from the stage. But she should know that her voice sounds sweet and her brother believes in her that's why he encourages her to be on stage with him. Great job Raushan !
