- Presentation video of Dark Escape 3D by Bandai Namco Games released in Japan on July 19, 2012. This horror arcade game will be released worldwide at a later date. The game measures your heart rate and tells if you're scared or not.

admittedly the 3D is done amazingly well but the game is just *BOO! JUMP SCARE!* After *BOO! JUMP SCARE!*
You're welcome. Actually I would like to add that the last stage is a military garage with tanks. Theme of fear there is: Fear of Great Despair.
oh btw the last stage contains giant worms as normal enemies which you must "shoot in order" very quickly and the final boss is a slightly dark blue "manspider".
Weapons:
1st stage - Machine gun
2nd stage - Machine gun, then magnum(handgun), machine gun, rocket launcher
3rd stage - Magnum, then machine gun, rocket launcher
4th stage - same as 3rd stage i believe
5th stage - machine gun, then rocket launcher
I tried this game at an arcade here in Okinawa today, and needless to say, it's quite the thrilling experience. The cabinet has so many neat features, but I think the controller and 3D glasses look kinda silly. Regardless, it's a satisfying experience for any gamer who likes horror games and/or light gun games.

This is freaking scary shit. I mean "Suuure, let's wait until they've grabbed us before we shoot them." They should have given me an axe or something. Kidding aside, freakishly amazing game. I wanted more.

What I hate is, ever since CRT scanlines have gone from videogames I just notice anti-aliasing ALL the time. It's the thing that always sticks out to me and pretty much ruins my suspension of disbelief.
omg i just played this game and the enemies are sometimes mother-fuucking cheap. (sorry i know this is a rant lol) my heart rate increases because of anxiety with dealing with cheap enemies not so much the horror. I sometimes kicked the machine too haha.
To anyone who is going to play this:
-Shooting anywhere else besides the head is fuccking useless as hell.
-The Magnum (non-automatic) one-hit kills enemies when you shoot their heads, generally
I wonder if I should try this game again and aim for zero bibiri count XD
