Edge of the World is definitely a good recommendation, and not just for Asami’s singing, but for showcasing a wider range of talent in general (part of which includes the singing), which in turn, showcases the band better than some other choices. Well in my opinion anyway. It is also just good songwriting by Mao too.
I mean, you yourself state that their library has about 60 songs, and they are all masterpieces. A reasonable question arises: why do you keep recommending the same 5 or 6 songs? Are you not sure about the others, maybe they are not so masterpieces? You don't have to answer. I know without you that this is first class garbage.

I have now clocked over three years of watching and listening to LOVEBITES (The capital letters are their formal, stylised name…if a band member writes it, it’s in English and in capital letters). I am 64 years old and have listened to rock music of many different styles but primarily I’m a sucker for elite level guitar players. Let me tell you that you have just seen and heard two of the most accomplished guitarists I have ever encountered and as a duo, there isn’t any other that I could name that could go toe to toe with Miyako and Midori. Drummer Haruna is 146 cm in height but that just means she’s closer to her kit and the results are staggering. Singer Asami is 1 cm taller and is the best front person in a rock band with only one exception. Seeing as Freddie Mercury is the exception, you see how highly I think of her. As a vocalist she is utterly remarkable, with a vocal range, power and stamina that barely seems feasible from her petite frame. The most recent addition to the band after a founding member left is her replacement Fami on bass. Soon to turn 22 she has her own CZcams channel with a subscriber count that dwarfs that of the band she joined 18 months ago. With good reason, she is a prodigy and, like the rest of the band, likes to smile, only she likes to smile like others like to breathe. Take it from me, LOVEBITES is the best band this or any other channel will ever have the privilege of reacting to. And I do include literally any band or performers from any period when I make that claim. There is no weak LOVEBITES song. Not one. And the best bit? They are arguably better live than studio, though that’s just down to personal preference. You certainly wouldn’t know they were playing live until crowd interaction or MC breaks gave the game away.

Welcome to LOVEBITES 🤘🏼🐺🔥 Here some information about them: The band was formed in 2016 by original bassist Miho and drummer Haruna. Their first EP and album came out in 2017. So far LOVEBITES have released 4 albums, some Singles/EPs and also a bunch of DVD/Blu-ray live recordings. Back in 2018/2019 LOVEBITES have already toured in Europe, including appearances at the major metal festivals as Wacken, Download, Bloodstock, Graspop. In 2018 they also won the Metal Hammer UK Golden Gods Award for best new band. Then came covid, their original bass player and founder Miho quit the band for personal reasons and two babies were born. After a break LOVEBITES came back with new bassist Fami and new song „Judgement Day“ in late 2022. A new album with the same title came out in February 2023. This year in June LOVEBITES‘ first world tour starts in Europe. In September they will play their biggest headline show ever in Tokyo. The Warning is a rock band, Lovebites is a pure heavy metal band. I really like The Warning, but Lovebites is my favorite band. I haven't heard anything this good in umpteen years. Other new excellent all-female rock and metal bands from Japan are: Band Maid, Nemophila, Aldious, Bridear, ArkRoyal, Hades and many more. We "old" rock and heavy metal fans of the eighties are therefore living in happy times. Unfortunately, far too few people in the world still know about these phenomenal bands. We are working on changing this. Lovebites history : Lovebites has been around since 2016, and the women became more famous worldwide after performing at several major festivals, mainly in Europe, starting in 2018 - Wacken - Open Air in Germany 2018 - Bloodstock Open Air in England 2019 - Graspop Metal Meeting Festival in Belgium 2019 - Download Festival in Spain. I've been listening to metal for 5 decades - Slayer, Priest, Maiden, Metallica, Testament, Anthrax, etc. and all are awesome, but sometimes they miss with a track or even an album. I have some favorites with Lovebites, but they just don't miss overall - they don't have any songs I would not listen to over & over. They are just incredible. If they played in the 80's/90's they would likley be considered 1 of the top 3-4 metal bands of all time (I believe they are the best). The Japanese metal/rock scene is incredible. Check out Hanabie, Nemophila & Band-Maid as well.

The drummer is really Haruna, but here Miyako plays for a while. And the singer Asami plays on a guitar and the drummer Haruna plays the bass. And the singer Asami, that is very short (1.47 m I think) tries to sing in Miyakos microphone far up there. And the guitarist Midori takes the microphone. So, here are the girls Asami: singer and a bit of piano Haruna: drums, the smallest, only 1.45 m (founder) Miayako: lead guitar and virtuoso piano, the main composer. Just to let you know... having the subtitles on is a very good idea. Lovebites sing all their songs (except for one a long time ago) in English. However, sometimes it is hard to make out the words, so having the subtitles on can really help. The lyrics to almost all their songs are uplifting and worth knowing what they're saying. 😃

Here some information about them:
The band was formed in 2016 by original bassist Miho and drummer Haruna. Their first EP and album came out in 2017. So far LOVEBITES have released 4 albums, some Singles/EPs and also a bunch of DVD/Blu-ray live recordings.
Back in 2018/2019 LOVEBITES have already toured in Europe, including appearances at the major metal festivals as Wacken, Download, Bloodstock, Graspop. In 2018 they also won the Metal Hammer UK Golden Gods Award for best new band.
Then came covid, their original bass player and founder Miho quit the band for personal reasons and two babies were born. After a break LOVEBITES came back with new bassist Fami and new song „Judgement Day“ in late 2022. A new album with the same title came out in February 2023.
This year in June LOVEBITES‘ first world tour starts in Europe. In September they will play their biggest headline show ever in Tokyo. After that LOVEBITES will have their US debut …

She has an amazing vocal range and vibrato, writes most of the lyrics, also did parts of the song writing for their latest 2 albums, she is a former ballerina and RnB/soul singer
Miyako on guitars, piano, keyboards (the golden touch):
She is the musical brain of the band, main composer and arranger, a soulful but also shreddy guitar player and concert level pianist, furthermore she is a gear nerd
Midori on guitars (crazy shredder):
Incredibly fast and technical guitar player, has contributed to songwriting for a few of their songs, also she is a body fitness athlete
Haruna on drums (little big engine):
Plays very fast pace over long distances, she is very efficient and her stamina is admirable, the cymbal work is outstanding, she also wrote one of their songs including lyrics, creates handmade miniature fake food
Fami on bass since 2022 (shining fingers):
Absolute bass prodigy with outstanding technique, she speaks faster than sonic speed as she plays and smiles non-stop
Miho on bass until 2021 (natural born headbanger):

The Warning is a rock band, Lovebites is a pure heavy metal band. I really like The Warning, but Lovebites is my favorite band. I haven't heard anything this good in umpteen years. Other new excellent all-female rock and metal bands from Japan are: Band Maid, Nemophila, Aldious, Bridear, ArkRoyal, Hades and many more. We "old" rock and heavy metal fans of the eighties are therefore living in happy times. Unfortunately, far too few people in the world still know about these phenomenal bands. We are working on changing this.
Lovebites history :
Lovebites has been around since 2016, and the women became more famous worldwide after performing at several major festivals, mainly in Europe, starting in
2018 - Wacken - Open Air in Germany
2018 - Bloodstock Open Air in England
2019 - Graspop Metal Meeting Festival in Belgium
2019 - Download Festival in Spain.
In 2020, their career was abruptly interrupted by Corona. But they masterfully overcame the crisis, got married and had babies. In 2021 the founder Miho left the band for personal reasons and it went into a hiatus which lasted until the end of 2022. In the fall of 2022 they found a young fantastic bass player and in 2023 they released a new LP. The new LP reached the 5th place in the Japanese charts. Japan is the 2nd largest music market in the world and it is very rare that in these times a rock band comes so far forward.

I've been listening to metal for 5 decades - Slayer, Priest, Maiden, Metallica, Testament, Anthrax, etc. and all are awesome, but sometimes they miss with a track or even an album. I have some favorites with Lovebites, but they just don't miss overall - they don't have any songs I would not listen to over & over. They are just incredible. If they played in the 80's/90's they would likley be considered 1 of the top 3-4 metal bands of all time (I believe they are the best). The Japanese metal/rock scene is incredible. Check out Hanabie, Nemophila & Band-Maid as well.

This is a good song and a good music video by Lovebites. This video is extra fun for fans though. We see lots of stuff in this video. We know them so we see that they are switching instruments. The drummer is really Haruna, but here Miyako plays for a while. And the singer Asami plays on a guitar and the drummer Haruna plays the bass. And the singer Asami, that is very short (1.47 m I think) tries to sing in Miyakos microphone far up there. And the guitarist Midori takes the microphone. So, here are the girls
Asami: singer and a bit of piano
Haruna: drums, the smallest, only 1.45 m (founder)
Miayako: lead guitar and virtuoso piano, the main composer.
Midori: lead guitar and classical guitar.

Just to let you know... having the subtitles on is a very good idea. Lovebites sing all their songs (except for one a long time ago) in English. However, sometimes it is hard to make out the words, so having the subtitles on can really help. The lyrics to almost all their songs are uplifting and worth knowing what they're saying. 😃

All songs, except for one early one, are in English. Some people struggle with Asami's Japanese accent, but with a little practice it is not too hard to follow.
