인트로 봤을땐 손으로 직접 만드는건가 싶었는데 금형으로 만드는거였네요.
    영상 잘 봤습니다.

I am almost sure those are kimchi pots, because in eastern Europe we are using almost the same vessels for sauerkraut.

One of the traditional Korean kimchi bowls without glaze
The product made is good, and carbon dioxide CO2 produced during aging is released through small pores on the surface of the bowl. Eastern European production method and It may be different. I don't know if it is different.

@@DSb-vn8qmEuropean sauerkraut pots are glazed and has groove about 5 cm deep and wide around the opening that is filled with water. Lid is floating in that water for sealing the pot. Little pressure of CO2 can escape as a bubbles through water - we even listening to the bubbles if fermentation is going right - but otherwise the pot is hermetically closed. The lid is sometimes made from glass - You can see your sauerkraut without unnecessary opening the pot

@@konstantinjirecek970 Your answer is very helpful in learning European cabbage kimchi. Thank you. Korea has too much lactic acid bacteria when kimchi is fermented. So I do not put glaze on the bowl and pour water on the bowl lid. Co2 in the bowl is high and does not seal.
