My Macbook Pro 2017 13" died on me. The repair guy told me that I need to replace the logic board and that is pretty expensive! Your tutorial saved my day by imagining things that I cannot do.

Got this exact issue...my D6905 is short circuit as well..it has to be a design/manufacturing issue..it can't be a coincidence..

Is it necessary to use only Fluke's 17B+ Digital Multimeter or another lower model with a cheaper price can be also used for Macbook pro repairing work? Pease suggest the specific model if so.

Hi, thanks for this video, it's very helpful! I'Ve a problem: the first measurement, under voltage, with the 2R7 component, the voltage swing from 0V to 2.5V; the rest of the component measured in this video are all ok, until to 13:40 minute where in the 1R5 component i've mesasured 0V instead of 3.3V, in 1R0 swing continously fro 0V to 3V and in the following measurements i've always 0V. Someone can help me? Thanks a lot

yup... you should replace the batteries.. macbook bateries replace around 800 to 1500 cycle count... it depend on how you use it... and any other factor too

Oh my god it is hard for me to do that
The video doesn’t make any sense as if it just won’t turn on or it had liquid damage.
A normal viewer won’t know if they are checking PP3V3_G3H or PPBUS_G3H as they just check check some reading without even checking how much amp the board by itself takes.
Can’t beat Louis rossmans videos.
