Originally from Tacoma State of Washington. Lived in Eugene Oregon in The late 1970s And early 80s. There's a Band Called the Robert Cray band included vocalist Curtis salgado. Look up the Eugene history of this band and The blues brothers for salgado and the kingsmen Louie Louie. Toga parties....etc.robert Cray is responsible for the resurgence of the blues. My kicking ground in Eugene Cray played sunday's for $2 cover before he became famous. Get or listen to smokin gun. That's a fine way to start.he slowly made more recordings with a smooth voice as compared to the start.
