How can our Singapore system move away from comparisons?

In Singapore, like anywhere else, the pressure to measure up to our peers can be overwhelming.
But true growth or fulfilment does not come from comparisons. It comes from embracing our own strengths and passions, and working to become better tomorrow than we were today.

The question is not about comparison in companies but in the Singapore system such as in education where schools and students are being segregated and compared
