Loved your tutorial! Question …. I need to make a few of these towers for a charity event. When the event is over, I am wondering if the balloons will slip off the stands so I can take them home. I don’t want to pop all the balloons. The venue said they will take care of the balloons for me.

Question. How do you transport these balloons set ups? What is the best way to set up on site if you dont pre assemble them?

Hi Rick, If possible I like to build them ahead of time and transport them as finished pieces. If I can do that, I cover them in one or two giant trash bags to protect the piece and load it into my vehicle that way. For larger projects, onsite instillation is necessary. To save time on site, I inflate and preassemble as much as possible. Giant trash bags and a kit with all your balloon making supplies will be your best friends when doing on site work. When you're working with a client, make sure to schedule enough time in the venue for set up. Things go wrong when setting up and you don't want to be rushing against an unrealistic timeframe.
