This is a great song. It's too bad they weren't more successful. Most of their songs use only traditional instruments, though they are good, they aren't as catchy. Their other traditional/rock mix is called "Tribal Voice". I had this album on cassette, had to special order it. I found out about them when they were featured on the National Geographic Channel.
1991 when this song came out it was awarded the highest honour of ARIA “Song of The Year”. No will ever forget them even though they have passed away. Younger generations have revamped or played with the song.
The history of the Indigenous Australian's were not taught when I was in primary school so this song and video were an eye opener for me.
