I had to use pliars to pull the old battery cable out, couldn't do it with my fingers. Had issues getting the clip on the new battery to click but finally worked. Thanks so much! Am only sorry I didn't watch your video first as I would have ordered the battery thru your link to Amazon so you would have received a small reimbursement for your time to post this.

Yea...the knee bone is the patella and the thigh bone is the femur. Changing the battery is this damn vacume is not a challenge, it's getting the wires to "click" ...it's so damn frustrating!

Battery probably isnt available rn because they had a recall on a "bad batch" of them that were reportedly melting or igniting. I ordered a new one from customer service. It took 6 weeks to arrive and now my eufy just beeps loudly and won't charge. Customer service is....friendly enough, but i havent been able to replace the replacement.

I can't get this to click!!! It's absolutely ridiculous I have tried and tried and tried yes I have it pointed the right way and it will not go in and snap no matter what I do my fingers are sore from squeezing those tabs!!!

I was surprised when I heard THE click! I think I pressed the one tab on the top (not the 2 side wings) 😅 ask your kid for help, definitely need some small fingers!

Thanks, I was only pinching the two on the connector, didn't know there was another one lower down. Had to use needle nose pliers to pinch the bottom one while pulling!
