I met him at a comic convention and he’s just as quiet in person as he is in the video. One of the nicest people I’ve meet too. I was actually shocked at how soft spoken he was.

True, pro wrestlers in general have amazing cardio especially considering the top guys are over 6' and 230+ lbs. But to have asthma and not only hang with the big dogs but also put on the best matches for years just goes to show what kind of beast Batista is. Even in his last match coming off a 5 year layoff, he looked like he never left
Batista is the man, so humble, respectful, really enjoyed him in WWE and love seeing his Hollywood career thriving 🙌👏😃
He has such a great story. I watched him in his early days in the WWE and now with guardians, dune etc I’m happy of the success he has gotten. The dude works hard.
He's also one of the few wrestlers who can actually act too.

For anyone who cares - Bautista's audio is out of phase, so the sound waves cancel each other out in mono (which is why his audio might be silent for you, depending on your playback device) but his audio still works in stereo. Basically plug in headphones and it will work folks 👍🎧

The Rock has sort of boxed himself into a position whereby his IRL personality outweighs his character, this results in all his movies essentially just showing ‘The Rock’.
Dave on the other hand has been able to diversify his role.
I've always liked Bautista but on the strength that he gave a shout out and mad respect to the greatest boxer of all time Sugar Ray Robinson he gets even more love and respect from me.

@@PrimalPetersen Processed food doesn’t automatically mean it’s bad for you. Damn near everything you buy at the store can be considered processed but it doesn’t make it unhealthy. But yes cutting out sugar isn’t bad but still somewhat unnecessary.

That's one of the coolest home gyms I've seen. Looks like a small commercial gym with the best equipment and dumbells.

I'd like to meet Dave one day. He seems like a very grounded and cool guy. Thanks for showing this guys! I love his food plans and his passion for exercise. A lot of stuff that he discovered food-wise, I discovered, too. Dairy is bad for me, I also discovered gluten-free, and I'm trying to cut more red meats out of my diet, too. Very good pointers overall.
