This Is what I think about when I meditate ... I sit in a lawn chair, on the beach, my feet in the sand. in front of me, sand dunes and the grass, the grass goes completely to the horizon. behind me the ocean, the ocean which is deep and and troubled below and calm on the surface. This is my subliminal in the sand to my right I draw with my finger words. Things I need to change things I need to alter a wave comes in takes the words from the beach deep into the ocean which is my subliminal, like orders from the captain of the bridge of a ship. To the left of me I draw in the sand words of encouragement, things I love about myself, related to the things on the right. And the wave comes in washes them into my subliminal. On the beach I see friends, family ,people I know in life .above me the clouds, as I imagine the clouds they take form of things I wish to manifest in my future. these clouds then float over the horizon and eventually come into my life..... This seat of power is a lawn chair on a beach...thanks for everything.

@@rammott6894 Well it depends on the type of meditation u do, or rather it depends on what ur goal is with the meditation. Contemplative Meditation for instance is basically just extra focussed thinking, and can be very insightful. But generally yes i agree, most types of meditation are about actually quieting the mind or 'letting go of the mind'.

And where is this universe? I went Obe outside of this Earth Matrix. All I saw was the dark ones and no stars no sun no moon although the Earth Matrix was illuminated from within its atmosphere which I already knew. I had to locate exactly where the sun was at. This video is beautiful, and exactly what I needed to hear rn during this season in my life. To be enlightened can easily feel like a curse if you aren’t able to handle being in balance. It’s very frustrating at times because it seems hopeless sometimes when you look at our people as well as the state of the planet. That feeling of hopelessness is almost like trying to pick up every last grain of sand on a beach with your barehands. However I’m learning that when I trust the process, and continue to do what I’m purposed to do with no spite for those who aren’t I’m at peace. A feeling of tranquility like no other.

I can see auras around people as well. It took me a little while to pretty much turn them off, I can turn it right on if I want to, I don’t anymore . I remember that day where it started I thought my head was going to burst. I was getting tobacco tastes with brown auras around people in which was rare ( the brown ), almost would get me sick. I’ve never seen a gold, I’ve seen baby bright yellows almost see thru , light yellows, light pinks, dark reds, dark purples, baby blue , solid blue, I can recall a few orange but don’t remember much of that color.

The new testament has over 5400 manuscripts which is exceedingly more than other ancient text by far. The four Gospels were written by eyewitnesses to Jesus' life and teaching. So when someone comes along and says they have a historical account of Jesus and their Jesus does and says things that have nothing to do with the Real Jesus of scripture then they're easily rejected.
I used to follow Yoganada and was deep into this new age, lemuria Atlantis lie. The real Jesus is nothing like what ever you think and if you read the Bible you may see it for yourself.

I was dreaming once about i was floating around the univers and flough through wormhole, when i was the exist i saw the univers i was created while in the wormhole i floated and it was amazing. Time, and I mean this Decade, will be the revealing and emerging of vast facts, as the tide shifts to the Majority wanting and even demanding "the greater Science Facts" rather than the "Mainstream Academic/Archaeology 19th Century Theory based Paradigm, Timeline, the "Mainstream Myths", which I feel far exceed any Myth created by Ancients. That Myth is largely our misinterpretation, refusal to accept, and our Overwhelming use of "our Ego-Mind, aka Lower or Adolescent Mind" rather than Conscious Thought + applied Higher-Mind, aka Mature Mind.
If we look for or expect something, we will find it ...
The "Law of Attraction" is Absolute.
Therefore let that focus be the Desired, the Desired Truths.
When I've had an exchange of thoughts on Egypt (regarding the ethnic make of the Peoples), as a Sociologist and Historian, I first recall:
1) That it is on the Mediterranean, much closer in proximity to the Levant and areas of Asia Minor, Greece, Italy, and the Land/Water rims of these country's + Northern Africa.
2) that Africa is Huge, far larger than maps routinely depict. (I mention that Mexico and Canada are both part of North America, as is the USA. But to hold Mexico as the sample of New York City inhabitants, in past or now, would be inaccurate.)
3) However, Africa being such a Large Continent, and having had such a flush history of Peoples, Indigenous Peoples, there clearly could have existed a time, and did, when the Sahara region was lush in vegetation and rainfall. Giving rise to far more Central to North Migrations.
However, the Geology and Geophysics show us that rainfall declined resulting in the arid Sahara at appx 11,000 BC, and the fossil finds (at present) support this.
Egypt, Modern Iran, Iraq and other areas in the Regions around the Mediterranean had Ancient Peoples that are not what present day reflects.
Patience and applying the "Standards of Science and Research" (which is to have mind fully open and absent of any personal Beliefs, Theories, Opinions and influence of others proposed prejudices) in order for the proven Research Methodologies to allow the facts to emerge, is the recommended for those focused on the desire of facts, of truths.
Clearly Mainstream has geared off these Standards.
It is always a matter of what we are focused on, and if it isn't the Ethical Facts, then we are allowing the Soup to get murky.
Where Thought goes, energy grows. Our Ego Mind will pull us to the lower minded insecurities, but our Higher Mind will pursue the Facts and enjoy the knowing of them.
It is a Choice, and it is being confident in ourselves, the inner self.
The culture of Egypt is unique unto itself and Sumer.
Africa 9ffers a vast array of Cultures, and People. Even those whom share a common skin tone, but that is often where it stops.
Being white offers the same experience, I am White, but I don't share much with the Brits or the Germanics, I and Irish and we are of Basque lineage. Trust me, we have not much in common with our fellow White folks.
We identify with our Human Vessel, and that's fine in our Physical World, we benefits from shared culture and ethnic traditions, but we are Eternal Energies and all from/of One Source/God/Creator.

@@bethbartlett5692 I agree with everything you said. However, I still stand behind what I said which wasn't from my ego nor law of attraction but research. One hundred percent there were different races of beings in Ancient times; still are (well documented) and whether you're white or black or whatever shouldn't matter but in the context of telling Ancient history thats well documented it does matter. And my problem with Gaia (as I'm not the only one that has noticed this) is from their CONTENT alone nothing more. I have been researching for over 10 years and have read many Ancient Tablets and text from many cultures. The fact that Gaia never shows black ppl and white washes almost ALL beings should be questionable to say the least. Also there has been several misinformation in certain series that i have caught over a period of time. Though I support the conscious movement overall, I "personally" have stopped watching it like so many others and found other teachers/Guides that align to more accurate and honest Ancient History that is actually documented.
