The plaintiff says she loaned him money three times for motorcycle repairs, but he has not paid her back fully, so she’s suing for unpaid loans. The defendant argues his ex-girlfriend never asked for money until they broke up. He’s countersuing for harassment.
I would have never known he was 20 yrs younger than her had he not mention it! Life has been cruel to him.

If after she sent that itemized text message stating what the defendant owed her, if the defendant didn't dispute that he owed all of that money, then the loan is valid. Judge Mathis says this all the time! I don't know why he didn't say it this time.
It’s because in other text where they talked about money he said “$400”. It’s when they never dispute the amount or loan itself that no answer means they owe it. This is one of the few times someone could actually prove that they both knew it was the $400 and he got tired off arguing with her.

I hate when the Judge does that - make the plaintiff feel like they are wrong. She was wrong for loaning him the money - but the defendant acknowledged that they were ALL loans. Even though he kept saying he didn’t like taking money from her - even he treated like a loan Of course, we know she was buying his love but she admitted the majority of the things she paid for were gifts while the five specific times were indeed loans. He should not get away with that kind of behavior. It makes me sick!
